Once upon a time, there lived a group of drunken heroes who called themselves the Drunk Crusaders.
They weren't famous, but with hard work and plenty of alcohol, they always achieved their goals.
One day, they received an ordinary quest from a bartender, but what they discovered was something they never could have imagined.

<<<PROFESSIONS>>>
Professions can only be used by heroes with sufficient Intelligence.
Heroes without Intelligence receive "Pillage" instead. The first items can be crafted with 300 mana.
Each Profession can craft up to 6 items, and only require Mana for crafting.
8 selectable Professions:
Blacksmith Forges weapons and armor, which increase damage and armor.
Tailoring Creates clothing, which increases attributes (strength, agility, intelligence).
Runesmith Forges runes, which contain special abilities to support allied troops.
Bookkeeping Creates books and tomes that permanently increase stats.
Inscription Creates magical scrolls, which can strengthen/heal allied troops.
Alchemy Brews special potions, which have helpful abilities for each hero.
Gathering Gathers items randomly, depending on your luck, you may find gold, gifts, weapons, and useful items.
Tavernkeeper Serves food and alcoholic beverages that can regenerate life/mana and have a special effect.

i'm working on this map for several years now (i startet even before Reforged came out), this is the first map i'm making public.
Please let me know if there are any bugs that have to be fixed, and let me know if you enjoyed or disliked the map.

When the hero upgrades it loses the CTRL+1/control group. Could use a Berserker upgrade ability instead so that won't happen or something.
Annoying when camera shows stuff like bridges raising and does not reset to the way the player put it.

After playing for about 10 hours, I believe there are several points that can be improved:
1. In single-player mode, AI teammates often perform some inexplicable actions. It is hoped that an option to switch AI teammates on or off can be added in the future
2. In single-player mode, teammates cannot choose their professions
3. There may be some issues with -solo, as there seems to be no change before and after using it
4. The background music (BGM) in The Witcher 3 is fantastic! However, I hope it can be applied to more scenarios, not just the initial tavern or boss battles
5. It is suggested to add a -save/-load function. Currently, each game session requires a fresh start, which is quite frustrating
6. It is suggested to add hero introductions in the hero selection interface, as well as a function to save the level of the reselected hero
7. If possible, I would like to translate this map into Chinese. However, the mainstream version in China is 1.29, and there is no online mode for the 2.0 version (the REFORGED version is not available on Chinese Battle.net!), so I hope to have a playable version of 1.29.

1. I've tried something like that in the past, but i'm not sure how to do it, the AI cannot be changed by triggers, you could only change the Owner to Neutral or a different player, but this will cause other bugs with other triggers. If i find a way i will implement it. 2. This should be doable, I've thought to give them a Book where you can select the wanted Professions. 3. The game checks if you are playing alone and asks then if you want to switch to Solo-mode, if you accidentally would press NO, then you could restart the trigger by writing -solo. (Solo-mode is currently changing about 3 Levels, Level 3 so you can beat the gate puzzle, level 11 to set the enemy spawns to the left side, and level 16 to remove 2 Boss Heroes.) 4. Sure, what places do you have in mind?, i could think to add it to the battle of the sacrificial pit or in level 11 when the boss wave starts. 5. Yes, i wanted to add that too, but this needs quite a lot of work and currently i'm not sure how to do it, but i will definitely add this. In the meantime you could play arround with these:

6. Well, I've tried that, but i couldn't figure out what to write . So i kept it simple and added some runes to step on it, but these only show if the Heroes are Tanky/Damage/Support/Has Heal. Maybe i will add a proper Introduction some day. 7. I do not mind if you want to translate it into chinese. But i'm afraid the older versions are very very far behind, they are even missing some of the levels. I'm not sure how to this without starting all over, sorry .
Really underrated map. Has a sense of humor, each level felt different and fun including the annoying maze ones. The last boss fight truly felt like a solid ending towards the map for the time put into it.
- Bonus for adding a cool secret ending that's impactful towards the last boss fight.
Heroes could use a little bit better abilities especially casters as none of the skills scale, so phys dps is just king at the moment especially since most items are geared towards phys dps.

Would be good idea to also move the summoned unit along with the hero via portals and circles.
That frostbite in zone level 9 is crazy. The fire too afterwards but at least you get the rechargeable regen item then.
The Smelly Feet Bandit Lord might remain near where he spawns and needed to be attacked by the heroes.
Would be nice to be able to level up past 50.
Not sure if intended but in level 16 the hero was downgraded to level 20. Annoying part is that you remain with the already chosen ones and after finishing the mini-game you get 50 again and have to put your spells again.
Got a crash during the last boss when minimizing the game to write feedback which essentially broke any load game for some reason. Crazy. It just bugged the Reforged HD. Once I changed it in options to regular graphics, the game loading worked again but ofc some models were invisible. Then changed it back to HD and it worked :\
Overall it's a nice old school based one. Reminds of some Brood War RPG maps with some JRPG flavour and mix of other gameplay types. Approved.
A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.

Didnt know the berserker upgrade keeps the CTRL group, i'll test that.
Really? i thought i already changed every bridge cam to apply to one of the 4 chosen cams, perhaps i missed some.
How did you manage that ?, this has never happened to me before, maybe the items went straight to the second inventory?
You mean Pets? I could give them an ability to teleport to the hero ? Or do you mean something different?
Increasing your life or using "reduced magic damage" can help here. These traps can also be avoided with Antimagic & Invulnerable Potions, my goal here was to encourage the players to use different approaches.
You're right, I'll add triggers so the BanditLord won't get stuck (Had to laugh because you wrote his name )
The Level Cap is important for some triggers, i could increase it but this would disturb some of the balancing :/. (If you play it with full players the heroes reach lvl 50 in the last level selection room)
Yes, this is intended. If you pick PVP on this, some of the ultimates and abilities are quite op, so it could also be a winning strategy to level up fast. About the abilities, many abilities are trigger bound and have to be learned before others so it won't bug out. But i'll try to find a way to optimize that.
Sorry to hear that :/, Sometimes the game still crashes if the framerate gets too low, I'm still trying to optimize the map further, but sometimes it's due to Reforged and its limits. (Saving and loading currently fixes the FPS issue.)

No. It's functional in that each bridge cam is shown but it gets repetitive on each lever hit and the player's camera has to be put back I had it. I usually play from a bit high above/zoom out.
Yeah. I feel that if the hero teleports they should along but it depends if there's some cheesy strategies intended like playing with the pet in a level/world while the hero stays out to regenerate near a fountain.
