1. If there are too many enemy units on the map they will start to queue orders and not execute them immediately resulting in them stopping and then doing something and again.
2. Hero glow could be added to heroes who don't have any: How to add Hero Glow without Modeling
3. There could be a leaderboard showing the tree's life.
4. Balance seems a bit off into the enemy's favour

So while it might be fun and all, it's heavily dependend on Warcraft III material and frankly there are better siege maps out there.
I see no real creativity here. Sure there are some scripted scenes and waves but it's nothing out of the ordinary.
Maybe if you could script some nice spells and bosses that would make it more enjoyable.
