Launch the Attack
a Warcraft III Melee Map

The road is laid, ready to launch the attack!
And if you find yourself stuck, pushing back and forth, then look beyond.
The jungles are teemed with dangerous creatures, but through it you might find another path.

  • 77 Creep Camps (with valued loot)
  • 14 Shops (Selling; Heroes, ships, mercenaries, items, goblin-equipment)

  • Greater amount of God within goldmines (undryable)

Game Information:
  • The creation of the map is motivated by the desire to have a large map with many players, centeret around the same objects. And thereby experience great clashes of units in battle, and in the mean while give the player the opportunity to build fortifications along the way to ensure victory.

It's a very simplistic altered melee map (mostly due to the ships which don't really offer too much use on this one aside the transport). There is at least one balance issue: too many neutral passive villagers that can be exploited by the undead...

It's a very simplistic altered melee map (mostly due to the ships which don't really offer too much use on this one aside the transport).
There is at least one balance issue: too many neutral passive villagers that can be exploited by the undead players.
The map was not saved on the latest patch since 3 tavern heroes are missing.
Terrain layout pretty much forces aerial attacks since land paths are narrow and cluttered by neutral hostile units.

Simple.

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.
