About the Map:

The map is a Hero Survival/Defense type of map and that basically means that you will pick a hero, buy some items and defend your castle from being destroyed by waves of enemy units and bosses.

You play in a team of 5 players and at the beginning of the game each player is given a choice of what type of hero they want to play, it's highly recommended to pick 1 Tank, 1 Healer and 3 Damage Dealers.

To progress into the map you will need to kill every enemy unit that is thrown at you and that will earn you experience and gold by killing those enemy units.
When you reach level 12, your hero will evolve and you will gain access to your ultimate ability.

Each hero have four abilities:
Three of those abilities are basic abilities with a maximum upgradeable level of 8
One of those abilities is the Ultimate ability with a maximum upgradeable level of 4

All shops have global range

Type -begin to start the event (You need to be 2 players or more to be able to play any mode except the Test Mode)

New players may feel a little bit overwhelmed at first but practice is key

New Hero: Human Templar Knight (Tank)

Moon Elf Blade Dancer
- Reworked the Ultimate

Human Builder

- Build Guard Tower
Lowered the damage roughly by 50%

- Build Siege Tower
Lowered the damage roughly by 25%

Authors Note: The damage output from the towers where just way too high and needed to be nerfed

Human Paladin

- Holy Blessing
Fixed a bug and will now function properly
Changed the duration from 10 to 15 seconds
Changed the cooldown from 10 to 15 seconds


Human Guardian

- Shield Block
Changed cooldown from 22 to 25 seconds

Sheep God
- Abilitys now have tooltip information


Bosses:

Bosses now tend to cast spells more often on heroes, rather than other units
Improved spell casting mechanics on several bosses
Updated the names and models of several bosses
Updated boss tips for several bosses


Corrupted Ancient Treant
- Added a new ability: Ancient Wisps

Earth Slam
- Changed damage from 225 to 200

Corrupted Treant
- Removed the Roots of Corruption ability
- Changed hitpoints from 900 to 1000


Sludge Monstrosity

- Corrupted Posion
Changed damage from 30 to 35 per second

Demigod of Corruption

- God of Corruption will now always drop an Ancient Relic

Pool of Corruption

- Changed damage over time from 85 to 75 damage per second

Summon Tentacle
- Changed hitpoints on tentacles from 1200 to 450
- Now summons 3 tentacles instead of just 1
- Now summons tentacles at random locations around the boss instead of ontop of attacking heroes
- Changed damage on impale from 125 to 100
- Changed stun duration on impale from 2 to 1 second


Ancient Hydra
- Added a new ability: Hydra Egg

Naga King & Queen
- Removed the Royal Sea Elemental summoning
- Added a new ability: Lurker in the Water


Nerubian Queen

Nerubian Plague
- Changed damage over time from 75 to 100 damage per second
- Changed explosive damage from 50 to 35 % of max life done as damage


Nerubian Curse
- Changed damage from 250 to 275

Penetrating Darkness
- Changed cooldown from 30 to 25 seconds
- The spell will now occur on random locations around the boss instead of ontop of attacking heroes
- The random locations will be based on random range from the boss within a 300 to 500 AoE
- Shadow Nerubians can no longer hit buildings
- Shadow Nerubians movement speed changed from 100 to 150


Lich King
- Increased hitpoints from 50 000 to 60 000
- Added a new ability: Frozen Orb


Frost Nova
- Changed damage from 600 to 500

Soul Keeper
- Increased hitpoints from 55 000 to 65 000
- Added a new ability: Soul Plague
- Lost Soul is now invisible


Banshee Queen

The Immortal
- Added a new ability: Soul Thirst
- Added invisibility
- Changed movement speed from 250 to 150


Demon Council

Rain of Chaos
- Will now bring down 2 infernals instead of just 1
- The spell will now occur on random locations around the boss instead of ontop of attacking heroes


Chaos Stomp
- Changed damage from 250 to 300

Demonic Shockwave
- Changed damage from 500 to 800

Firestorm
- Changed damage from 250 to 350

Supreme Demon

Supreme Demon Grip
- Changed damage from 350 to 400

Demonic Domination
- Changed damage from 350 to 400

Demonic Construct
- Red Construct upon death now deals damage based on the picked units total strength instead of total armor
- It now decreases armor of nearby units by 50 instead of 25

Item:

Added a really rare Legendary item that can only be dropped by bosses, it can only be dropped once (This item is also the only legendary that is tradeable between players)

A credits list in the map description with the names of the authors whose resources you've used is mandatory. That includes models, skins, icons, custom spells, systems. Also, sounds, music and everything outside this site.

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.

Damn you removed the ability to play the game in singleplayer? I just started the game and my base got destroyed.

Hello! Yes that is correct.
I wanted to prevent people from using cheats in single player, and this is the only way i knew how to do that. Its not to be mean or anything like that.

The idea is simply to encourage people to discover secret heroes, bosses and rewards in this map by playing with others, thats the way the map was designed to be played.
And if someone wants to play around with a hero to test its abilitys or perhaps test an item or two, then the test mode will grant you all of those possibilities to do just that =)
