Button Manager can create borders in wc3 style for specified file (files). Features:
- Supported file formats: *.bmp, *.jpg, *.tga, *.psd, *.blp, *.png;
- Processing multiple files;
- Importing multiple files in archive;
- Resizing images to 64x64;
- Support of non-standard borders.
Pros:
+ It supports alpha channel creating (for infocards, scorescreens or specific user borders);
+ It can save both in compressed and paletted BLP formats;
+ It has special features to make resulting BLPs even smaller;
+ It supports user created borders;
+ It can operate multiple icons with ease;
+ It has some settings to customize border applying;
+ It has user-friendly interface;
+ It can open BLP2 textures.
Cons:
- It works on Win compatible systems (and emulators) only.

Q: My antivirus says that this program is virus!
A: If your antivirus detects this program as trojan, you probably have McAfee, Comodo, eSafe or Prevx. They don't know anything about exe-optimization-by-hands and UPX. Therefore I recommend to change antivirus.

This icon only makes borders.

Can you explain what do you mean by this?
In fact, program renames all icons according to chosen border (e.g. button - BTN<file name>, passive - PAS<file name>). This also affects the icon wizard.

The tool is simple and good. Why shouldn't I use it? It simply adds the borders to the jpgs and so I can do advanced iconizing ^^ I don't need Button Manager oO

1) The AUTOBTNblabla should be named ATCblabla.
2) A disabled version for the ATC version may be automatically created (DISATCblabla), just as it is doing with the BTN and PAS. The disabled ATC is like the disabled BTN and PAS.
3) I will still contact Ralle to change the display style on the Hive, the lowered quality looks somehow..horrible.
Would you mind changing it to the better quality back, as soon as the problem in the Icon Section is fixed?

1. Settings allows to change border prefix for each border.
a) "Tools" | "Settings" | "Image" tab;
b) Select "Autocast" in "Border name" field;

When i save my Icon as BTNblabla and DISBTNblabla, the DISBTNbla is blue...

- Changed the prefixes for all borders;
- Raised the quality for disabled and scorescreen icons.
Why I discover disadvantages and bugs of this program from other topics? >_<
By the way, maybe would be better to add screenshots of other parts of program (not only the main window)?

The last update made this tool definitely very recommendable for every icon creator.
It's easy to use and adds flawless borders, as it seems.
The bug on the Hive, which caused inverted red/blue colours with 'borderized' icons, is solved.
Shadow Daemon, you can definitely...

Ok, updated the program - now tool will save BLP in paletted format with maximum possible quality of 256 colors (for all bordered icons, except scorescreens, they will be saved with maximum of 192, but they usually don't have so many colors)...
