I didn´t edited the model, i don´t even know how to do that and i won´t even bother to learn, those parts had TC already :\. And the horns are alphaed out.

I´ll see what i can do about the colors when i finish with the rest of the stuff.

The horns look like they are missing because the grey from the horns blends in with the grey from the background.
And even so, there's such thing as alpha-ing out parts of the model on the skin.

As long as a part of the skin does not have team color on it
You can then put an alpha channel over that part, removing it
Or making it seethrough with a very very light alpha channel

That's not editing the model...

You can edit things with alpha. That's not changing the model at all. It's changing the alpha layers on a skin. Which if you didn't allow that, you wouldn't be allowing custom team color -.-

No, you can't. THE ALPHA IS PART OF THE TEXTURE. Making it LOOK different is not the same as making it BE different.

Model editing has one, and only one meaning (as redundant as it is): EDITING THE MODEL. He edited the TEXTURE.

Your definition sucks. The entire purpose of a texture is to change how a model looks! BUT THAT'S LIKE SAYING YOU'RE CHANGING THE SHAPE OF A HOUSE WHEN YOU GIVE IT A NEW COAT OF PAINT (give or take the added thickness from the paint).

I am going to do a little bit of editing to the shoulder team color, but I am not sure where I can put more armour on the skin itself...considering that the wrap doesnt like to cooperate.

Mabye I could make the wings have scales?

Scales could be interesting.
You just have to do something to make it look differant and make it work with the skin's theme.

Update another WIP

made the left bloody arm a little better (i have photoshop now!) and made the skin a little more clammy. blurred the mouth in more.

Hmmm... the purple body parts should be less saturated, while the blood should be more defined.
Blurry is bad, but over-saturated can be even worse.

Also needs better, mroe uniform shading.
