Talent System Added
A new Talent System has been introduced, allowing each player to draft a permanent bonus at the start of the match.
How Talent Draft Works
At match start, each player is presented with 3 random talent choices from a shared pool.
Players have 20 seconds to select one talent.
If no selection is made in time, the first offered talent is automatically chosen.
Talent choices are unique per player draft, but multiple players can have the same talent.
Once selected, the talent is permanent for the entire match.

Removed "NEXT ROUND: INFINITE SWAP EVENT" message. This seemed to confuse people in to thinking the event round was RIGHT NOW.
Version V3.4 Patch Notes:
All cards (units) HP is now 600 (Previously 1000).
The gameplay has been changed from sending the actual card forming units (I.e. on a pair only 2 units that formed the pair was sent to fight) to sending all the 5 cards (units) in your hand to fight. All cards will get the corresponding bonus damage from the hand bonus.
Added vote system on the game start to vote for the length of the game. This changes the castle HP from 5000 -> 7500 -> 10000 (Short, Normal, Long). The total votes are calculated and the average votes will select most voted game length.
Bonus damages have been overhauled to feel more rewarding and to be actually meaningful with this new whole hand fightning system.

MVP window added for reveal phase. This now displays clearly who had the highest hand and how much damage it has. Also how much gold the player is awarded.
Complete overhaul and optimization of the engine. This decreased resource usage by roughly 30%.
All Cards base HP has been increased from 500 -> 1000. This increases the time it takes for the cards to fight on the field and move on to the other teams castle. This is to increase the lenght of the fights instead of being over in few seconds.

Highlight effect for current poker hands cards has been changed to something bit more clear.
Fixed a bug that happened in V3.3 with infinite swap event rounds. Normally players got +1 swap each 5th round to increase the phase of the game the longer it went. When I introduced the infinite swap event, this feature was missed since infinite swaps event and normal 5th round are 2 separate things. Now the increment to swaps happen on the actual "inifnite swaps event round" function.
Reveal phase duration has been increased from 8 seconds to 12 seconds. This is to make the rounds feel just a tiny bit less rushed. I still want to keep a certain pace and speed with this custom game. We are not here to afk right.

Features
Start each match by drafting 1 of 3 random talents from a pool of 13 custom talents. Talents provide unique bonuses and allow players to build different strategies every game.
Smart gold usage is crucial. Players must balance spending on swaps and saving gold for save and push ability while managing their economy to maximize long term power.
The game uses a real 52 card deck system, meaning poker hands follow authentic probabilities and odds.
5 Card Swap Poker
Each round uses a 5 card swap poker system. As the match progresses, players gain access to more swaps, allowing deeper strategy and stronger hands later in the game.
Competitive matches are tracked through an ELO ranking system, allowing players to climb the ladder and measure their performance over time.
Custom Player Profiles
Players have customizable profiles with profile pictures and lifetime statistics, including tracking the poker hands they have achieved throughout their play history.

Knowledge of "poker strategy" and how hands form is ofcourse a good knowledge to have. there is other places you might want to use strategy aswell like how you manage your gold with extra swaps, do you save some cash for a "save ability" etc. (more stuff to come with gold usage as I dev this map)

Not sure if it's an overkill but you could add different way to invest your money. Unit inventory and items or the possibility to repair your castle, add armor to it... whatsoever.

Thank you alot. The feedback is noted. The core of the game engine has been the mainfocus up until now. Next patch V3.1 is going to have few polishing tweaks done to it aswell like auto select swapped card to keep swapping it quicker (most likely you will want to keep swapping same card in poker hands and this will also save some time on the draw phase).

A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.

There will be more economy based abilities / decision makings in the future. Also cooking up some event releated stuff.
I have a working prototype for joker cards but the issue was warcraft 3 calculation limitations.
The map crashes if multiple players had joker present. This was caused because of intense amounts of calculations and evaluations for each possbile hand when joker is present.
Hey been playing the new version! Still loving the game with my friends! Just some feedback
for the paid rerolls, the user experience is a bit choppy to have to click buy reroll and be able to to reroll, maybe it could be a toggle? Like you press "Pay 2g for rerolls" then every reroll you use afterwards costs 2g?
Also the paid rerolls themselves as a concept are fine, but they are usually only useful if you're 1 off a flush, if you're going for any other hand with paid rerolls they aren't really worth going for
I played with the jokers, although very satisfying to get, it's kinda frustrating to play against. I'm not sure if i can verbalize the issue clearly, but it maybe if the royal stomp was more effective at weakening them it would be less frustrating.
Anyways, these are just some random thoughts, really love the game, can't wait to see what you have in store!
