The T2 and T3 ones could probably use more details and differentiation from the T1... will work on it.

First tier is just a stick, second is more like a club (maybe some spikes or nails) and on the last tier you add some metal/decorations? Also you should make it a lighter, more bamboo sort of colour, but that's just my preference

Shoulder pads I think, then green stuff would be shoulders.

Looks alright, but abit too vibrant for wc3. Should have more colours than some simple and plain reddy purple.blizz upg always has gloes on it.

If you want the Orchish look, change blue color into red! ^^How's this for an orcish shield:

Fix up the robe. A lot of that will still be visible in 64x64. Also, I think you should turn the weapon into a staff. Just extend the rod part of it.
