I have a problem that's making me real crazy. I've seen your work and it's awesome and I thought you may know how to help me.
I uninstalled Warcraft III TFT a few years back and now I've re-installed it again on my PC. But the problem is that I can't play my own maps that I make in WC3 World Editor...
I get script errors... Like when I try to save the map I've made I get this script error and when I try to launch the Map in WC3 TFT It returns to the race select/handicap select etc ( If you know what I mean ) ?
What should I do? What's the problem? I don't get it ... Please help me, share your wisdom!
Hey anarchianbedlam. I'm currently drafting up a contest header for the (hopefully (soon)) next Modelling Contest. I have been searching around for thoughtful & meaningful Criteria, and so far you've done a pretty good job of it (in the last 3 Modelling Contests, which you hosted). Can I grab that neat little Table you've been using (un-parsed)?
Also, what are your (and other mods/admins/modellers) thoughts on the ideal Criteria, and how to make them better? My biggest goal is to find a way to set everything in stone at the beginning so it works for others.
//EDIT - Just realizing that it's been over a month since you were last on... Maybe I should've paid attention to that. :<
I think I get your point on proposing Eubz as an example of what a mod should be. I don't like him much but I do concede he is willing to make good stuff and good comments on the others' stuffs. He is quiet involved in the community and hence may be a decent moderator.
So much to say that your posts were not "obvious trolling and off-topic" as some people said...
Do you know where I can get help to finish my model ? (its almost all done from scratch with 100% custom animations "birth, stand, stand work, and death").
The problem is that the birth animations plays well on Magos but is completely screwed ingame. Also I haven't been able to add Attachment points nor particle emitters.
