It is either same strong as water globes or weaker.

It does 3 spellpower dmg if the enemy is soaked for 3 seconds channeling.
Water globes does 4 spellpower dmg for 4 seconds channeling. So this way it is same strong as waterglobes. In my opinion it should deal at least 4 spellpower dmg if the enemy is soaked.

If he enemy is not soaked it deals even less dmg than water globes.

Eg change it like that: 2.5 spell power damage. 4 spell power if enemy is soaked.

And another idea: Firelord shoudlnt create extra ashes to ashes waves for summons, eg +4 waves for 4 skeletons just makes it more difficult.

I calculated that actually lightning charge to soaked enemy give you superior dps compared to only casting water globes (it has less than 3 sec cd).
With future water elemental summon, it will be even better.

Sorry Kniff but the spell isn't too weak, 1 water Globes and 3 Lightning charges, if you repeat thats its an easily 20-30 DPS higher than just water globes, ateast for me anyways. So it is not too weak.

maybe something like lightning should do some splash damage like fire...
or paralyse the enemy for x seconds
