Him being different/more blunt than other Dreadlords doesn't mean that he is above sacrificing
troops to prolong his life. ;)

True.

But Ornassion doesn't seem like the type of guy that would sacrifice his own troops just to ensure his survival. He probably would be too proud to do so. Imagine him standing surrounded by thousands of enemy corpses, but this moment of glory is ruined when she remembers that he had to drain the life of his soldiers in order to emerge victorious.

Like his character sheet says:
Unlike other dreadlords, Ornasion had always prefered brute force over manipulations or mind games.
So I would say that doing this could also count.

One day, still centuries before the Void War, Ornasion made his move. He challenged all higher-ranking dreadlords of the Blooddrinker Legion at once - and tore them apart
This accomplishment would be nullified if it had the additional "He managed to did this by using his own soldiers to replenish himself whenever the tables turned against him".

I am not saying that he throws away the lives of his followers or that he had that ability in life.
I am saying that he is still a Demon/Dreadlord. Even though he is not like the others of his kind,
it does not mean that he is a "good guy".

It is an ability that has no story relevance, it is given to him to make him harder to kill
gameplaywise.

Ornasion cant betray aridon, as most undead (despite rahandir) they are bound to his will. He was killed and reanimate by aridon so...

that's the thing what if they can tho but don't want to as they're too trusting of aridon the same way merlon and salana "trust" gardon...ngl this fucking campaign needs voice acting LOL

Whats the story with Gardon and Praxeus? They have the same amulet and when Praxeus sends his spirit after Gardon in Chapter 11, its implied they know each other. Was Praxeus Gardon's mentor when he was younger or something?

Also, how many people are related to Van Durce? So far, we have Gardon, Renald, and Lerrig are all related. At least as far as I understand

Praxeus & Gardon are pretty much the same age. That is all I will say about this for now. ;)

I mean, Lerrig is only indirectly related to van Durce, through marriage of his daughter (I am not
sure if I have actually edited that in the SHB to say daughter instead of niece).
Apart from that, well, the Emperor is his nephew of course and van Durce has siblings, but
none of these siblings have made an appearance in the campaigns.
If you want to, you could also count Renova for her relationship with the Emperor, his nephew.

I have been thinking about giving Haran new spells but I was fine with the normal Crypt Lord skills.
I have considerations for an Burrow ability or something like that.
A story for Haran... I may look into that. Probably for some other undead characters as well.
"The Last Laugh" is a possible title for something I am tinkering on, but I won't tell who it is about yet (name may also change). ;)

Probably Sir Ross, cannonwise would be the BEST option

Funny that you mention him.
That's all I will say for now. ;)

Okey, lets speculate about what Shar said (I love speculating about games and series :) )

"The Last Laugh" is a possible title for something I am tinkering on, but I won't tell who it is about yet (name may also change). ;)

That could be a short story about Krom (if the name remains) but also about Lady Meya, as we know she is the leader of the necromancer cults, but one day she wake up and Krom and her followers were besides her. She was killed by krom and reanimated so the "Last Laugh" was either Krom while killing her, or Meya because she got what she want to, infinite beauty.

Funny that you mention him.
That's all I will say for now. ;)

Of course i have to guess what our best demi-hero will do on SHB. My guess:
We posses Him:
Sir Ross was a member of the imperial army, after his defeat on the tunnels and just his army remains he had to join either the Royal army or the Golden Guard. Why? Because he was accompanied by Ironfist, Karskin and Dwarves and none of them survived.
So Gardon would let his detachment join him, neither the remains of the karskin, and probably not Royal army because Dorten despise the Imperials, the only place he got was the Golden Guard as Van Durce was recruiting soldiers on this continent.
Both him and his soldiers joined Van Durce and were assigned as soldiers on the Elven Forest (or other places, not sure about that). In the moment the undead start fighting a army with Krom as leader, they´ll turn to our side, like Lera did in the Elven clash if we had Salana, becoming a traitor and therefore cant infiltrate any more armies, but having a new allie on that mission.

We destroy him: Either another faction is in his place or none, having 1 less enemy or a enemy we cant turn our allie.
