Okay, so it'll be like the Black Citadel's ability to attack things. That works too.

for the record, just because you get to tier 3, doesn't mean you're doing well with resources. I've had it where I reach tier 3 by using what little gold and lumber I have. While it's upgrading, I'm creating units or towers to defend myself (lately from var when we play against each other). Different strategies require different amounts of resources, so it affects how well yo're doing.

No it will be aura like we agreed.

Ok to reach tier 3 from tier 1 costs 680 gold and 420. That is already high enough price on its own. You see now why I want to avoid more cost for ability that will only effect 1 building.

I soo wish I could play with you.

Oh wow. You actually interpreted it as an attack? I was talking about how you get the upgrades. You have to research the ones for humans, orcs, and night elves, but the undead have the attack upgrade as an automatic. I know we're doing aura. We've established that. For the ability, why does it have to be just one building? if your main building is under attack, you're already screwed. taking out the casters' mana won't help you. No, if you have it on the towers, that would actually help more, meaning the player may want to put some towers near their main building, just to make sure it's safe.

Oh...well I ain't the sharpest tool in the box ^^;

Well Misha suggested for the tier 3 main building (most likely duo to the animation). i also guess we'll have to make aura have some seriously big range.... wait what upgrade do humans i have in main building?

By the way that reminds me what have we decided for coral beads ability?

Well all food producing buildings do serve a defensive purpose. Burrows and ziggurats attack, moon well heal and farms are excellent cheep wall. We could perhaps just keep 15 food as the special thing since it does give advantage.

Still it would be nice if they woul do something even if they're only used to give food. If you just add extra food, it would be boooring, rather make corals and give the building a weak Thorns aura (Coral Aura) so it would be also a good wall and good for building a outpost fast.

Or you could just use the spiked barricades upgrade. For the food, I suggest that only the coral beds produce it. And we should lower the food count because everyone has to build many farms, and the naga only have to build four. It's kind of cheating there. You don't spend as much resources as the other races do.

Actually, I like the immolate ability. It could be the fire coral upgrade, using magic for the defense spell. It's literally coral on fire. XD For that matter, the building could have mana, like the moonwell, for the defense spell. You should be able to turn it on automatic or manual.

Since we're having the naga in a new land, a land with a different magical effect than the rest of the world, perhaps we can mess around with the magic the units and buildings have. For example, as a defensive building, the player can build towers that burn units over time. Murloc abilities should be changed a bit, so everything isn't exactly as it was in Frozen Throne.

Ugh what murloc abilities exactly? Anyway added to the main building ability to regenerate mana to player units and to drain from enemy units just need some good name for the ability. Current place holder is Mana Manipulation and well..it just proves I shouldn't be allowed to name stuff. Oh and anyone found good model for coral beads ability or should I use mana shield?

it is also apparently an organ for squids. Really fun word. Though my point is while it fits great for extracting mana from enemy it doesn't fit for giving mana to allies... it still better then mana manipulation though.

Changes are small and mostly cosmetic but there are few new things. Royal guard upgrade isn't global you upgrade specific unit. Will probably increase later Royal Guards stats and limit it to 3 units. Ok forgot to rename mana ability but it is still there at 3rd tier... added well "fire coral" upgrade that will 100% get renamed. Oh and last but not least enchantress got few new spells. As for cosmetic stuff you'll see yourself.

Tool-tips are still not done and please suggest ideas. Especially names.
