indeed it is, so is the song im my signature and gurrilla radio, they are all from tony hawks 2. but they are very good and i found them all seperatly before the game came out. i think the soundtrack on THPS2 was the best of the series.

I was reading the Green Day thread and thought they were unfairly treated, so.....

Green Day's 'Dookie' is a bloody great album.

Some other great bands of recent years are:

Motion City Soundtrack: These guys are just plainly awesome. NOt one single of their two albums is a dud.

My Chemical Romance: These guys arn't EMO, period. The guitarist Ray is just incredible. Awesome band.

Millencolin: Punk rock/ska at it's best. Although they're starting to sell out.

Alkaline Trio: The true emo masters. You can't top these guys.

The Used: I don't like them. The lead singer is still going through puberty.

Story of The Year: These guys are great.

I just wanted you guys to check out these bands, because they are plain great. If you're really into the emo/screamo/punk rock thing.

1) my chemical romance IS emo, their lyrics are the same and so are all their guitars.
2) the future freaks me out is the only Motion City Soundtrack song i can tolerate
3) milencolon is not ska, or punk,simply pop punk
4) alkaline trio is so overated
5) i agree with you on the used...100% agree
6) not a big story of the year fan
7) none of the bands you listed were screamo, real screamo is Circle takes the Square

it's all a facade because theres a conceptual thing there, Irvine Welsh's 3 tales of chemical romance.

they're album basically has like 4 genres combined, metal/hardcore/a bit of emo/ a bit of screamo/etc.
