The Necrons live on the edge of the galaxy, due to the fact that the Machine encountered Necron there. I updated the general bio with that tidbit.
The military is the most important aspect of this RP and is therefore the element I will expand on first.
SPACE (Black) DEVILS
GENERAL WEAPONS:
Note that these weapons are scaled to thier craft; a cannon on a small ship would not do nearly as much damage as on a Capitol Ship.
Gauss Cannons
Gauss cannons are the most powerful weapon available to the Necrons. They sport a long barrel with a bulky end that includes powerful electromagnets and rotation devices for aiming. Loading a metal round into the barrel, the electromagnets are then activated, propelling the round at the speed of sound out of the barrel and into whatever it's aiming at. THis high-velocity slug can gut smaller ships and punch holes in decently-armored foes.
CANNON
A cannon uses simple gunpowder technology to propel a round at a target.
MACHINE GUN
Uses simple gunpowder technology to propel many small rounds at a target.
MISSILE BATTERY
Launches missiles with limited tracking abilities.
GLIDER
3 meters wide

Gliders are the basic fighters of any Devil force. While they are light and manuverable, thier engines are not designed for inter-planetary travel, and they therefore rely on larger Devils for transportation. Armed with two missiles as well as a small machine gun, this craft's strategy is to attack with it's light arms until it discovers a weak spot, such as a viewport or engine, and will then use it's missiles on the soft target. It cannot, however, stand much direct damage itself and is therefore not suitable for tying up enemy fighter craft.
ENGAGER
5 meters long
These craft, like the Gliders, are a vital component of any Devil force. Unlike Gliders, they are meant to tie up enemy fighters before they reach the main fleet. They have heavier armor than a normal fighter, making them slower, and they lack the missiles of Gliders. They can still serve thier purpose, however, of defending other craft from faster ships.
GUNSHIP
20 meters long
This is the backbone of any Devil force. Armed with the signature Necron weapon, a gauss cannon, they fill in as long-ranged artillery attackers. Gunships have no other arms, however, and are clumsy in close combat.
SPRAY GUNSHIP
This Gunship, instead of using a gauss cannon, has a two-part experemental weapon. The first stage is a water nozzle that sprays water in a cone. The second part is a power battery that discharges large amounts of electricity into the nozzle, frying or disabling any ships in the water.
BOARDERS
8 meters long
These craft are redesigned Driller Deciples. Driller Deciples are vaugely insectoid; they have four legs sprouting from the main body, with a head sporting plenty of powerful sensors and an abdomen with a drill on the end. Thier flight consists of engines on the main body. Instead of carrying ore, thier cargo holds contain Drones. Getting close to a decent-sized enemy craft, it will latch on and drill into the opposing ship's hull, then release it's Drone cargo into the ship. They have no arms, however, and so hide behind Engagers and Gliders whenever possible.
CRIUSER
65 meters long
Criusers are the main force of a Devil assault. They house Boarders, Engagers and Gliders in the belly of the vessel, and sport plenty of arms: four cannons, four machine guns, two missile batteries and a gauss cannon.
DESTROYER
75 meters long
Destroyers have no cargo holds; instead, they focus on blowing up enemy ships. They have eight missile batteries, twelve machine guns and three gauss cannons.
CAPITOL SHIP
360 meters long
These ships are the most powerful weapons put together for Devil fleets, boasting cargo holds with Gunships as well as smaller fighters, and superior weapons; four gauss cannons, eight missile batteries, twelve cannons and sixteen machine guns.
GROUND (Red) DEVILS
DRONE
2 meters tall

Drones are basic ground attackers. They are mobile, like most other Red Devils, but thier light frame means they come apart easily. They come with diffrent weapon mountings, depending on the situation:
Gun
A simple projectile weapon using gunpowder technologies.
Missile Pod
Launches missiles with limited tracking abilities. Used for anti-air defense.
Flamethrower
Spewing methane from a canister that is then lit with a spark, flamethrowers burn many, many things, such as you.
GAUSS ENGINE
4 meters long, 3 meters tall
http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/9/models_8139_screenshot.jpg
The Gauss Engine is a long-ranged seige weapon, firing the gauss canon that makes up the bulk of it's body to devistating effect. It is not very mobile, lacking legs capable of more than basic movement.
STALKER
6 meters tall
A mobile assault walker, the Stalker walks on six spindly legs and can therefore climb over many obstacles to get it's opponent. Has two machine guns and a missile pod.
SPRAY STALKER
4 meters tall
A smaller version of the Stalker, this walker is equipped with a diffrent weapon set. It has a nozzle for spraying water, and when it drenches a foe it releases an electric discharge, frying it's opponent.
COLOSSUS
55 meters tall
A giant walking platform, with four thick legs that trample anything it walks through. It is armed with four missile batteries and a gauss cannon on the top of the platform, plus six machine guns and a cannon mounted on it's belly.
