That freezing prison looks really particle heavy... make sure those XYQuads work ingame first before submitting them.

225 total.

I haven't checked the XY Quad on and it works in game. Though it doesn't hurt to experiment with the tools.

Just made two others: an Ice Block and a compact snowstorm.

They're all a bit big, so I'll start making some smaller effects.

About the yellowish snowflakes, use the other snowflake texture (snowflake2.blp). That one seems to work fine ingame.

That would be White_64_Foam.blp, except with a blend filter and gravity effects.

Another idea,

If you have ever used the "phoenix fire" special effect, where if you add it to a unit, and the unit moves around, you see a "tail" that follows the unit

If you made a special effect JUST like it, except blue/icy(if you can do icy), I'd +rep, cuz that'd just be really cool

Just throwing the idea here [In hopes someone else would make it so i could steal the model and use it], but it'd be really cool if someone would bother to do "Icestrike" Like flame strike, with all the gathering, the explosion and the small explosions. And the flames on the ground turned into small ice spikes or something.

Think ill just 'suggest' entries:
- Frozen Meteor
- Frozen Starfall
- Frozen Implosion (Opposite of Nova, sucking unit inwards)

A few more sfx I've made. Also fixed the older ones (no yellow shit). These models are finished, but I might make more if I have time.
Note that they look best when you see them animated, so I've uploaded them for viewing purpose.

Though you may use them in your map as long as you give me credit.

I was looking at your picture and I noticed the snowball items
SHADOWS!!!

Almost every map I have seen the people ignore the shadows, has a big effect on the map

Maybe you could make a 3snowball pyramid shadow???
If anybody even knows how to get shadows into WC ><
(And I don't mean just messing with the values , cuz somebodies gonna suggest that)

Other than that, those are some pretty insanely great looking effects

I didn't actually mean that. I just meant effects that would work as "ice strike" or such spell. Mainly an effect that gathers in power around. Recolour of the flamestrike will propably look lame..
