Story
Background Story
Twelve peaceful years have passed since The Great War ended. The war that lasted centuries but no man could recall the reason of. The age of despair, bloodshed, loss and grief is now past. The new age brought the opportunity for human kingdoms to rise, as humanity has broken free from the grip of the dragons.

This story focuses on Kingdom of Balgaron and three famous Dragon Slayers: Phodom, Fradz and Galeoth. Each of them starts their journey in different places, but they will eventually meet eachother and join forces along the path. Together, the three are forced to go a conflict beyond their imaginations.

Lead them into an epic world, guided by a strong storyline that covers hate, love, war and peace.

The honored Dragon Slayer Phodom gave up his life as a warrior and began a new life with his wife and his children, far away from the capital of Balgaron in the small town called Dalli. All his plans were going smooth and easy until someone steps into his life and changes everything...Fradz is a young energetic Dragon Slayer known for his short temper and bad manners. This silly thief is a very powerful warrior and it is said that he even killed powerful dragons single-handedly. After the war, Fradz went on many journeys, but one day a mysterious voice told him to travel to the famous Dragon Inn to meet someone who was once very close to him. Fradz accepts this new journey, as he knows that he cannot decline it...Galeoth, the son of a legendary Dragon Slayer lived up to his father's name and became one of the leaders of Balgaron. After the war, Galeoth still believed that the war was not yet over. His obsession to find dragons led him towards the Icy Mountains where he is about to uncover a horrible secret that will change the fate of mankind...

All abilities remade and new abilities: Battle Banner, Fiery Ball, Fire Power, Ultimate Sacrifice, Counter Attack, Energy Shield, High Strike, Crystal Plane, Galeoth's Order, Illusion Army, Magic Convert and Magical Fog.
'Critical Chance' attribute added! It starts from 5% and it can be increased various ways.
Now also Strenght increases Critical Damage just like Agility.
Chapter 5 Pumpking Quest's second cinematic updated.
Chapter 7 Epic Boss removed the terrain deforming to decrease lag.
Fixed a lot of bugs you guys mentioned.

Chapter 9 is now available for playing.
Attack and Armor types remade; values are changed and Attack & Armor types are removed. I've made the campaign simpler, easier to learn and more effective this way.
Rebalanced the armor values of all enemy units in all chapters.
Improved chapter 3's ending dialogues (outdated).
Vacuum's area of effect reduced. You cannot grab items from far away anymore.
Background stories and so-called "Books" are completely added to all chapters in this version.
Every single Spell Book spell has been added to the campaign!
Many new items and item changes. For example, superior items, which costs a huge amount of gold, are added to middle chapters; however, they're worth it!
Improved the multiboard a lot. Now it is more informative and better organized.
Combat kings once again rebalanced and changed. The major thing is that now they all cost 2 Honor Points.
Espers improved and made even stronger. Please come and tell me what you think about the Espers now. I've seen that players don't use them and I really want to make them useful.
Many changes to the starting packs! Now they should be balanced, every single one of them!
Stealing improved; now it shows the percentages.
Easter Eggs added; currently just 2 but there will be a total of 12 Easter Eggs. Check them all out!

From this version onwards, a number of items can only be bought once. Choose wisely and try not to lose those items. You cannot buy them again!

Vitality system upgraded in various ways and I've some plans to upgrade it even further in the future. One big note is that now max vitality will only increases when an item is in a character's inventory.
Now every fourth ranked synthesis Item will require a Zozi to reduce player from getting too many powerful items at early chapters.
Now each STR gives 20 health instead of 25.
Now each INT gives 10 mana instead of 15.
Chapter 4 Wisps are now easier to catch
Black merchant can only be seen between 24:00 to 6:00 o'clock.

Chapter 7 is now opened.
Boss points are now removed from the game. You can still change your Boss points to Honor points by writing this code: "-change".
Remade all item, ability, spell, esper and all other descriptions: they are now shorter and easier to read.
There is only fire, ice, and lightning spells now.
Improved multiboard by a lot, added some new stats to it also.
Added new combat kings and new spells. Combat Kings now only go up to level 5.
Added some more tactical meaning to the battle: some abilities can do or use buffs called Brittle, Stagger, and Bleed. For example some other abilities can use these buffs to deal increased damage.
Now Special abilities will increase by every level instead of every fifth level.
All professionals are now universal.
The Critical Damage bonus starts from 100% instead of 0%. The chance to do a Critical Hit is still 10%.
Once again, more items.
New Spell System: Instead of spell books you can easily use spells from left corner just like potions.
The file size is now bigger because I imported some resources to the campaign. The expected file size in the end will be about 120mb to 140mb. I hope the file size won't be a problem.
New balanced attack and armor types: Sharp, Blunt, Magic, Light, Medium, Heavy, Sturdy and Elemental.
Now some enemies are categorized as Summoned, Undead, Drgon and Monster. Some items and abilities can do extra effects to them.
Now enemies won't do their abilities while stunned.
The campaign is now optimized and protected. All thanks to Shadow Daemon for creating the awesome "campaign optimizator" program".
Fixed some bugs.




New Steal System.
Most of the item descriptions are updated.
Some of the items are remade.
Upgraded Lucky Boxes and put new unique items.
And a lot of bug fixes.

Now there are only two magical balls instead of three. Also now they give solid magic bonus instead of percent.
Removed Phodom's speciality that gives plus one Dig Power every 10th level.
Also changed Professions bonuses.
Some of the spell book spells are remade and balanced such as first Fire Spell.
Added Game Panel where you can for example eat food, move your boxes and cast espers.
And many, many other changes. Once again so many changes I simply cannot remember everything.




Save & load combat kings and spell book spells are fixed.
Restore Panel fixed.
Fixed vitality system.
Six new Galeoth abilities: Chill of the Frost Master, Frozen Storm, Icy Barrage, Inner Light, Mesmerizing Ice Crystal and Piercing Shard.
Combat Kings are remade. All high tier combat kings aren't remade yet.
After every cinematic units you had selected before will be selected for you automatically.
Now quests will give experience like before.
Fixed chapter 5 ending.
Chapter 1 Boss, Chapter 1 Elite Boss, Chapter 3 Boss and Chapter 3 Elite Boss battles are now improved.
Fixed Code Puzzle.
Fixed Kaza Leader Dialog.
Remade Chapter 5 Elite Boss Fight and fixed few problems of it.
Now Main Quest 3 can be completed right after watching The Bridge Cinematic at chapter 5.

Now Agility Stat will give critical dmg and evasion chance.

Increased Phodom's base movement speed from 250 to 275.
Spell book spells are cooldown are now changed. Here are the cooldowns from first to fourth 90/180/300/once per chapter.

Fixed a bug and now Black Market sells the correct item: Third Hand. Now you finally can actually get the Thief Set at chapter 2.
Fixed Anthenex Esper's attack type.
Fixed Bronze Shovel bug and the dig power at multiboard.
Now Lightning Orb's buff should not give any advance to enemies.
Fixed Omega Orb and now it should summon Elemental Golems every 15 to 90 seconds.
Items Zwill Blade and Aerial Shoes are now made stronger

Fixed Combat Kings where they were always rested to level 1 after loading.

Oh, hi there, Slid3r! Yes, it is a lot better to test next version than the current one. However, I sadly have to say that chapter 11 is not ready for next version. However, chapter 11 is ready at version 2.3 which will be done in a short time(1-2 week).

I'm also curiously waiting for the bag system. It is nice to have such a wonderful guys who help me with this project.

And for Flame_Phoenix I will soon fix your bugs. You have once again tested the campaign very closely which I really like. Thank you for that. After I have finished elite & epic boss at chapter one I will fix your bugs. After that the spell system and new version is out!

lol at chapter 4 BOSS fight. you know how the bridge sinks down? Well i was able to walk through the posionous water and buy pots, come back and kill the thing. BTW u shouldnt make the ChAPTER 4 BOSS on HOLD. cuz i can just cast spells and kill him and he still wouldnt move.

lol at chapter 4 BOSS fight. you know how the bridge sinks down? Well i was able to walk through the posionous water and buy pots, come back and kill the thing. BTW u shouldnt make the ChAPTER 4 BOSS on HOLD. cuz i can just cast spells and kill him and he still wouldnt move.

It didn't hold position for me. :hohum:

Already fixed. In next version, you can dig at every chapter. However, in chapter 7 it pays if you go to you-know-that-area. But of course there is better items than usually. At every chapter, there will be a little mark(undead blight) when you are near of an items, so it's easy to dig.

There is a special while he's hold but it seems like it's not working. :(

Heh, there is not much killing at chapter 7. Just a big city with some mini-games. Currently creating one new mini-game to chapter 7 called "Kill The Animals!".

- First you gotta pick first stone at the middle of map(after you pick it, you can throw it away).
- Then go east. There is second stone. Pick it up(after you pick it, you can throw it away).
- Go north, then pick it up and go west(after you pick it, you can throw it away).
- Then pick it up and go south(after you pick it, you can throw it away).
- It should be south side of the river.

uhm i tried doing what u said here. i only found the first rock. I WENT STRAIGHT EAST and found nothing, only that big spider. i checked the entire map. i dont think there is a super difficult boss other than the 2 at the map corners and the chaper 4 boss fight.

Well, there certainly is a boss that you reach by following the instructions on the rocks, but I think that the rocks themselves are really easy to miss. Could you make them stand out a little more, like an effect on them or some guardians or something?

You have to pick those stones to activate next stones.

EDIT: If someone is helpful, here is a little translation request. Also here you can see some information about new spells.

EDIT 2: It's been very long time since the last version. Next version is coming soon. In about week, however, it depends how fast the spell selection system is completed. One guy already made that for me, but there is one bug I'm trying to fix currently.

I have been making new spells to the campaign and next version will give great amount of new spells. All spells are remade and there is whole new spell damage system. There are also some new spells and player can choose his/her spells at the beginning. Here are some new/edited spells:
Area Attack - Gives a 10% chance that an attack will deal X damage to nearby units. Cooldown: N/A. Effect increases with level.
Avatar - Phodom's strength is increased by X points for 10 seconds, enlarging him by 30%. ECooldown: 30 seconds. Effect increases with level.
War Cry - Gives nearby friendly units a X% bonus to attack damage for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 30 seconds. Effect increases with level.
Impact Flare - A powerful flame strikes a targeted enemy unit and stuns it for 3 seconds, dealing damage. Cooldown: 15 seconds. Effect increased by level and strength.
Flash Strike - Fradz becomes incredibly fast and slices nearby enemies 5 times. Cooldown: 20 seconds. Effect increases with Level and agility.
Invisible Strike - Turns Fradz invisible and increases his movement speed for 20 seconds. When Fradz attacks a unit bonus damage is dealt and invisibility is broken. Cooldown: 1 seconds. Effect increases with level.
Lightning Storm - Causes a lightning storm of destructive force around Fradz, rendering him immune to magic and dealing damage to nearby enemy units for 5 seconds. Cooldown: 20 seconds. Effect increased by level, intelligence and magic balls.
Magic Boost - When activated, restores some mana and increases intelligence points for 10 second. Cooldown: 30 seconds. Effect increased by level.

yoyoyoyo, been a while (like a million versions) since i've checked this out i've been pretty tied up. Now that I've got some time on my hands I'll give this another looksy. It was fun before and it looks like you've put a lot more time into it, im stoked to check it out again :)

4/5 only because theres no revive system and i wanted to see in-game that what happens if i die, and i almost completed the 1st map and game over.. (i forget to save...)

but very good anyway :D

Actually there is some potions that revive you if you die. I just don't wanna create easy campaign. Some challenge for the people!

yes and at the last chapters the characters is invisibel you migth want to look at that its a very good campaign ignore what i said but that its so boring make it a litle more speedy

The reason is you are trying to skip some chapters, those chapters cannot be shown because there is hidden cinematic chapters and they must be watched. :xxd:
But if you have passed chapters and they are still invis then I dunno why.

I made a promise to myself that I won't go to hive before I had finished the next version of the campaign. Reason for this is because I spent too much time in hive. Sad thing, isn't it? :D

From problems to problems and from bugs to bugs, I finally finished the next version, 2.2 alpha. It took me 2 month to finish this version. This means that there are big changes.

The most interesting thing I added to the campaign is that now you can choose your spells at the start. So, everytime you start from the beginning you can choose your abilities. Also, all spells are completely edited. From now on, it's not only the level that gives the damage of the spell. Also agility, intelligence, strength and magic balls.

Other important thing I added to the campaign is that now chapter 1 should be completely finished. No more grammar errors and elite and epic boss are added. They are pretty hard, so buy a lot of potions! Also, I have added some pictures about the first chapter when I played.

WARNING! I have not tested the new save/load system at the campaign. Let's hope it works fine. Please tell me immediatly if you see any errors. For example, your hero/box/abilities/resources are not loaded in next chapter.

YOU HAVE TO START FROM THE BEGINNING OF CAMPAIGN THIS TIME BEBCAUSE THERE ARE HUGE CHANGES. HOWEVER, YOU CAN USE COMMAND "GIVE UP" TO SAVE YOUR RESOURCES AND WHEN YOU START FROM THE CHAPTER 1, YOUR RESOURCES ARE LOADED. GOLD AND HONOUR POINTS.

In next version, I try add final chapter to the campaign. Also I will now work more with musics. I still have lot of musics I have not added to the campaign.

I'm not going to put voices to the campaign. Too much job and I think it ruins the feeling. I prefer good musics.

And when I selected the button that if you click it you can learn new spell/uprage it if you got lvl, then after I closed it, the fire shield spell was gone, WTF!?!?

And is it allowed to ask from muraudar clan at: "Have you seen any black hooded man?" If I haven't even met him!?

There should be. The last(6th) selected spell is the ultimate spell. Currently Phodom have only 1 ultimate spell.

Hello there! Well, you have to wait quite a while if you want to play the "final version"(perhaps half year). So I recommend you to play beta 1.0 when it comes out(1-2 months).

Yes, many people have said that also. Some says that I should make a "spell book" where are regular skills. For example, dig, move boxes, some passive abilities taken from combat kings, etc, etc. What do you think, guys? I will delete "patrol" button and put that book to that position.

Also, when we enter the town, you should give people a hint to buy the shovel. After all, people should it is going to be good to have at least 1.

i. am. ALIVE! sorry for being gone so long, moved to a new house, got a new computer and fought for a bit with getting my warcraft3 back. ill get right back to playing your awsome game while being ever vigilant for and bugs. and in reply to above i think its a great idea to get rid of the completely useless patrol button to make things easier and more organised

Yea, patrol sucks!

Btw guys, if you want to help me you can post here your ideas about the last fights at chapter 11. It would be very nice to see your opinions and thoughts.

Ok guys, I knew this would happen and it happened. Flame Phoenix found a spell bug. So chapter 1 bugs badly, I mean very badly. Chapter 2 it working find and just checking chapter 3. The bug is that Phodom won't get all abilities. New version will come in 1 hour.

EDIT: Ok, bug is fixed. I'm sorry about this. This bug only effect to Phodom. Now, you can have all six spells. In 2.2 you had only 3 spell. :(

I've just started playing the new version and here is what I found so far:
- You can choose three spells, but no ultimate? Will you receive an ultimate at level 10?
- When you kill all worms, it should say "There are no more worms here, I should return to Sir Richard".
- The shovel, is it useful in early game? Do you have any places to dig until chapter 7?
- Inventory space is a problem. If Flame_Phoenix is going to or has already finished the complex bag system he was working on, use it in your campaign.
- About Aura of Fire spell, it says you have a 20% chance to be protected by a fire shield. It deals damage to enemy attackers, but does it give anything to you (heal, buff) ?
- At level 5, you have a skill point and no spells to choose.
- The captain that gives you the murloc elite quest, shouldn't he have an exclamation mark above his head?
- The Ant'Rax Cuirass, at the shop it says "Purchase Guado Armor".
- I just couldn't beat either the elite or the epic boss. They seem to be too strong to defeat. This is just my opinion, if anyone defeats them, please tell me how. Oh, and I had good items (First Son, 2 pieces of Maragath's set, Ant'Rax Cuirass, Cursed Blade, Sword of Light).
 
Seriously, it took me 100 health potions + 30 mana potions to kill the elite boss.
I wasted 800 + 300 = 1100 gold in preparing for that stupid fight and what do I get ? 300 gold + 3 honor points -.- Conclusion, I lost 900 gold ... you either BALANCE THE BOSS or make the player receive a DECENT REWARD.

I am going for the epic boss, I bet it is even WORSE than the elite one...
You are lucky I started map 1 and couldn't have 6 excalibur ... let's see if you are that lucky in level 2...

yeah im going after those guys myself. let me just confirm that the archmage is indeed the epic boss sinse i cant seem to get the quest for it. from my first atemp i think the epic boss is easier. you just have to work around his abilities a bit. but no i havnt defeated him yet so i may be wrong. and a tip for anyone trying to kill him. when he stops attacking you run. hes likly chargeing for a big spell that has a wide range that should come close killing you under the asumption that your at max life. hell then follow up with a normal attack which ought to finish you off. thats how i died.

I will answer things you said guys, tomorrow.

However, I will make a new version tomorrow because it seems like Elite & Epic bosses are still too strong. I just made them too hard. I defeated those pretty easily myself with these items. However, it needs 41 honor points to buy those... and I used "-give up" system when I was at chapter 10.

i kinda thought that thats what you were suposed to do after i got raped by the murloc within seconds of the fights start. i thought they were ment as an extra chalenge so as to impove replay value. it was for the sake of testing i was trying to kill them rather than wait and go through the game once. oh and what are those boots you have there?

I agree with Flame_Phoenix's opinion. Personally, I think that you should make the boss easier, so that it doesn't require hundreds of potions.
