Texturing Competition #11 - Two Opposite Textures

It's not my job as Arena Moderator or as a Skin Mod. The only reason I'm doing this in the first place is because THE_END wants to participate.

If I can't find a replacement for me I will just continue hosting. But just in case I will still make a submission.

What I'm doing is a witch doctor (caster) and a gladiator (melee fighter). They will both be reskins of the Demon Hunter. Ironically, I got the idea to make a witch doctor when I realized the terrible face wrap made him look someone maniacal and twisted. I think it turned out alright.

Here is the Shaman. A quite early WIP, but I've made some decent progress. Sorry for the poor quality screenshots. Also, you've probably noticed the outline of the blade in the bottom right corner. Just ignore those, they are just the layer that the original skin is on leaking through the parts I alpha textured.

Blizzard screwed the band(?) around the ponytail, don't blame me for it.

Bah. Completely messed up the face wrap. Stupid bovine gods. Anyhow. This here cow is the Gatekeeper of the underworld. What with his trusty lantern, his job is to beat the crap out of unsuspecting dead souls and lug their prone bodies back to Hades. His rather more human twin brother is the Gatekeeper of Valhalla. Only similarity is that they'll both share the same clothing style and wear uber gold masks. And possibly another badass enchanted weapon

I will, but how? I've never done muscles before. Practise makes perfect, as my first grade teacher always told me.

So far it's just the face, 100% with PhotoImpact X3!
But, I'll still be changing the face and adding some ice thingies...

I'll use lots of alpha to give him a tall headpiece and dreadlocks like the DoW Bloodthirster has, and the lower part will either become a pair of wings or a cape.
