Personally I don´t see what´s offensive in Squiggy´s drawings. All he draws are some girls that don´t have much money for cloth. :>

Using the image as a reference is good and the result is quite self-made. Tracing is not that good because you just redo the image entirely.

The guy obviously stole Squig's picture and colored it. Even if it's traced, it's traced well HA! and he even has a tutorial of one of his pictures, how he draws 'em and stuff, therefore,

The hair is pretty different from the original picture, in fact, the whole head is much shorter than on the colored picture. That part is unlikely to have been traced.

Do you mean Intellectual Property? If so, please state where you found the images so that I can find out several things about them, such as some of the following:

• Which country the image was created
• What date the image was created
• What rights the creator/copyright owner of the image holds

After reviewing those I'll be able to tell you if, or conversely if not, Squiggy has 'breached' Intellectual Property Law.

As a closing statement for my first--of many, I'm sure--Rebuttal for Squiggy, if you're going to make a big issue from this, then I'm more than happy concur with your motion.

Hey, hey, hey, he traced some, if not all of his images from other people's work, claimed it as his own work and didn't even mentioned that there was an original piece, that he was copying/tracing from. How he did not broke any rules?

Here is a list of what the Hive consider as theft:
