The Hive Signatures could use;

- 10px more height that is only shown when the sig surpasses the current max height
- an option to personally disable a user's signature (not just per post)
- +50 characters (excluding BB code markup)

Why not just let spam "signatures" take half a page instead?

If you add pixels when something passes the maximum, then it obviously isn't the maximum...

You can disable signatures in general through the user control panel.

It's just 10 px. o.o
And the point of it is to remove the 10px if it is unused.

I was thinking of a user disabling only his (it would remove the line). A small detail.

It is hard to make signatures with this little especially with tabs. 10 px, though a small amount, will help.

So it seems you want to shine with your signature, as you want to improve it. Yeah I too could use 10px more height, but I prefer seeing more of the actual content and discussion of a thread instead of fancy signatures.

And as you'd expect from Ralle's answer, it won't happen. Just don't use tabs if they bother you that much, try to make couple of attractive pictures instead ^^

I often forget signatures exist. Thank God for the ability to disable them.
