Yes and no.
For example a conspiracy theory is that Blizzard Entertainment will use their massive mountain of cash to take over the world.

Another example is that people keep saying that the votes here arent cast fairly.
Give it up people. Even if you are right there isnt really anything we can do. :p
I dont think we're getting more voters by accusing the ones that have already voted of 'Treason and Treachery'. ;)

I didn't mean it that way D:
You deserve to have the votes you already have, I just meant it by that some people are lazy, and the lazy ones either didn't vote; or they just voted for any random one.
Sorry...

But thats lame, people are so lazy.
and I bet some of the people who have voted, didn't even read all the stories...

I think that it goes like this:
,,Hm, I haven't voted for fourth contestant(s) in line for nearly seven contests... I guess I will count: one, two, three, four" *clicks the vote for fourth*

Apparently, hope of winning is not lost. I found your stories at least fun to read.

You've read them... does that mean we can expect your judging soon? (Vizel's maybe not because he's holidaying).

30%, isn't it?

But yes, Apheraz is correct. These contests are a great way to give people confidence and help further their understanding and abilities.

To Apheraz - yes, you PM them to Py.

Oh please, don't rep me. Reputation is just a minor thing. The spirit is something you need to advance further. I just tossed you a dollar to your pocket, now go ahead, sharpen your skills, and return with million dollars. And don't even try to get 1$ back to me. I already have what I need - I've been motivated as well, many years ago. The 1$ will be right there, in your pocket, to memorize you of me ;)

I don't get it. I should have voted for the story that I liked the least? Not as I am being comparable, but I have to take them down and then to raise them towards light, just to see their true marks. If I liked your story - I will reward you. Stop me if you can :D

I don't see a point of this 'angriness'. Dare to explain?

Heh, i read me and Wolfe's story aloud to my younger brother and a group of my friends.
They all agreed that if i wrote the followup they'd buy me five bottles of mountain dew.

We gotta do that some day wolfe, lol. ^^

Anyways, i cant wait to see the judging. :)
It's first when the judges are finished that we ACTUALLY find out who has a chance to win or not.

EDIT:
Oh, i think i read somewhere that the poll closes December 30th.

Don' let TWIF win again!
You know what the next contest should be? A starcraft II themed story contest, where contestants have to write a long/short story but using the starcraft characters and then perhaps people can base their maps on the stories. I would at least.
Futuristic stories? Ugh...

And Kael... we're trying. v.v

Kael there is nothing preventing people from writing furutistic stories right now.
And i know that some people at least wouldnt participate in a future-only contest.

Also, i have to SLIGHTLY agree with fussiler on the judge-voting thing.
But then again it isnt really a big problem, as the votes is just 100% personal opinion.
When the final judging is made it has to be done on the Judging Points that are posted in the first post.
So i say Apheraz is free to vote on anything she likes. :)

I just thought it was a bit unorthodox. I have no problems with it.
Ofcourse you are Apheraz, but like Fussiler said, as a judge, it's a bit unorthodox to pick a favorite among the entries.
This is about to get desperate. Well, if it is not allowed, my vote will not be counted - quite simple. And just because I think it is allowed - if I like a story so much I had to read it three more times until I remember every single part in goal to tell my friends who would like it as well - I will vote. I don't see why so much conversation 'bout one single vote. Kidding :3

Well, counted or not, I liked their story. Deal with it c:)
In fact, I liked all stories. But that one gave the strongest flow of emotions inside me. And a little fact: I haven't judged the contest by that. I judged by completely official flow.
