Before Meyla could reach the clearing with the huts the wolf-spirit burst out of nowhere and stood before her in a frenzy.
"Your friend took the shroud, faerie. He took the blasted thing!
I dont know how he got his hands on it but it's NOT WHERE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE!
You're here for it, arent you? You're not here for me, you're not even helping the spiritguides! You're here for the shroud you careless selfish horrible MONSTERS!

The wolf appeared to calm down at the sight of Soulflame.
"I'm sorry. The immense failure i have just commited got to my head.
I have no reason to want to kill you any longer, and i fear we have all been 'had'."
The wolf said, slowly morphing back into the shape of a man in a black cloak that they originally saw it in.

Before the wolf could answer Meyla's question another cloud of shadow filled the air for a second.
Upon disappearing Illios once again stood in their midst, wearing a finely woven black cloak.
A faint howl was heard, but the wolf-spirit was nowhere to be seen.

''Good day to you, again.'' he said in a smug voice while looking around with a big grin on his face. Possible his biggest grin they had ever seen. He looked satisfied and then started speaking again, once again in the smug voice:
''The Ashlord sends his greetings.''

OOC: Due to game stasis, Arcisal can be anywhere near the group you want him to be.

IC:
Meyla looked around, and realised that the Wolf-spirit was nowhere to be seen.
It was gone, vanished into thin air.
All that was left was the road leading into the once-inhabited clearing, containing the five huts.

DM: [Roll Cause Hidden]: Roll (1d6): 6.
Just before the two members of the group have their turns at attempting to strike the sphere a great humming sound is heard above them.
A second later, something which appears as a blur of white and blue shoots down from the ceiling, moving towards them at a frightening pace.
Before anyone can do anything it lands in the midst, displaying an incredible defiance towards gravity by in a second cancelling all the momentum it had mid-air.
It was Lucien.
He looked at them, relieved.
"I came as quick as i could when i felt the spirit's demise. The Guidelord seemed pretty sure you would succeed, but it is still incredible that you managed to defeat it!"

"Sounds like there's a tale to be told. The Guidelord would like to meet with you, by the way. He's been going on about 'owing you an explanation' ever since you left. Dont ask me why."
Lucien pointed at the glowing sphere on the pedestal.
"Is that something you brought here?"

"Strange... Well, i suggest you check around the arear for lootables.
You'l need anything you can find if you hope fo survive as an adventuring group.
"
Lucien said, gesturing towards the various huts.
"I'l get you all back to the Spitiguide Headquarters when you're finished.

@Meyla
Meyla entered the nearest house on her left, finding what apparently once was the home of someone incredibly rich.
Everything was broken and lying on the ground in a great mess though.
Up against the far wall stood an iron chest, visibly not locked.

@Fussiler1
OOC: Yap.

@Leo
Leo went into the nearest hut on his right, also finding everything as a mess.
There was also a chest against the far wall, although this one was standing wide open.

@Meyla
Meyla opened the chest and found a finely crafted bracelet of a bluish metal, along with a small leather bag.
Not much content for such a big chest.

@Agron and Leo
Agron entered the hut Leo was currently in, where Leo was currently staring into an already looted and quite empty chest.

OOC: Hi, I'm back. and curious.

IC: Ekrion had watched the spectacle from a distance. He did not like the situation one bit. "The ashlord... The shroud..." he mumbled to himself. his gaze went over to Lucien who thought they killed the spirit... He sighed. "Lucien... the wolfs demise is as big a mystery to us as it is to you. We did not kill it." He said with a resolute voice. he could not take the fame for something he did not do, it was against his code.
His gaze went over to Illios. This Sky Elf knew something more... Ekrion didn't trust him for one bit. "Illios. you should tell us what happened when you were taken by that black smoke, I'm curious." he eventually said in a friendly yet commanding voice.
