as Ekrion heard Meyla yell his eyes snap open
I'm awake!
this realization echoes trough his head. he stands up and takes the current scene to him. it seemed the fighting had stopped, and... these bandaged warriors had turned friendly.
their Dragonpriest? what does Meyla mean...
Very slowly every single thing that had just happened, both while he was unconscious and before seeped back into his mind...
I see...
He stepped forward and grabbed on to meyla's shoulder whit is only remaining hand. "He did nothing, do not worry. I am fine." he said in a warm and friendly voice, trying to calm Meyla. He smiled.

OOC: I just noticed that nobody has specified which of my arms is gone oO.

IC: Ekrion smiled even wider, shaking his head. "you're as lively as always."
but his smile disappeared as fast as it had appeared. He gaze slowly moves to his right shoulder... his arm was gone and would not return, but he did not regret his action.
he walks away from Meyla towards his sword and picks it up, sheathing it.
he turns around and faces the two bandaged warriors. "So, what now?" he asked, in a neutral voice.

Meyla snorted, folded her arms and made a point to avoid the Crycon's gaze.
He's marked, I can't trust him. Who knows what that Dragonpriest has done to him.
I've seen what magic can do to people... Last time I let my feelings get in the way. This time, if it comes to it. I'll be ready.
The thought had barely crossed her mind when her hand found her blade's hilt. I'll do what I have to.

DM: 'Lifebranded' feat activated for Ekiron. New runeset now in use. For details on the new runeset look under 'Special Runes and Runesets' in the rune list.

Another wave of green light pulsed through Ekiron, moving from his head down to his feet and spreading through the ground until the green color merged with the nearby grass.
The two bandaged warriors stared wide-eyed at him.

OOC:Jealous....

Sameal picked up his sword and started to walk towards the portal "I can only assume more challenges await us in there but are we all prepared to go?".

Ekrion felt uncomfortable and annoyed at the same time. He realised that this green pulse of light must look very weird to strangers... but that didn't mean they had to stare at him.
out of annoyance he opened his eyes wide and rudely started back at the two figures, keeping his eyes open wide even though they protested against it so much.

as Meyla spoke to him Ekrion stopped his start and looked at her, shaking his head. "NO, I will not stay behind." Staying behind would be the wisest decision, but he was not about to appear weak. Besides, the wound appeared to be healed well enough. it still tingled, and it was very sensitive, but he could live whit it.

He nodded towards meyla "Very well." he said. Then he turned back to the bandaged warriors "like I asked before, what now?"

"I see..." He pondered for a moment and then fired another question at the two. "Do you perhaps know anything about a spirit wolf? it is he who we came here looking for in the first place."

"Well... that determines our goal then." he said in a resolute voice. "What will you be doing, you are supposed to guard it right?"

"We will be on our way back to Shivon, our race's capital.
The Crycon Rune-King has been amassing his forces near our borders, and we fear war.
If we meet again it might be on a battlefield, crycon. Now, we must be on our way. Farewell.
"
With that the two bandaged warriors simultaneously turned and disappeared into the forest.

And with that Sameal spoke "Looks like it's are time to go my companions" he then stepped through the portal.

I doubt we will ever meet on a battlefield again. Ekrion thought as the two bandaged warriors stepped into the forest. He looked at the place where they had left for a few more minutes and then followed Samael, just as he was about to step trough it he saw Samael fall instead of 'disappear' like one would expect from a portal. "Samael! he yelled." Ekrion sighed. "no choice i guess..." and he dropped himself in the hole.

OOC:Damn you!!!!

Sameal then used his Shapeshift:Drake to save himself from the fall.

Edit: OOC: Gonna be gone just for the rest of the day probably and didn't want to hinder the RP moment so Dragonson can use my character.

@Samael
DM: Rune Activation (DifLevel 2): Roll (1d6 +2 from Will): 5 (7). Success!

As Samael activated the rune his form changed. His entire body, including armour and clothes, became covered with scales, and his anatomy changed at an incredible speed.
A moment later he had the shape of a young, winged drake.
His claws hit the walls, and he was able to bring his movement to a halt.
A moment later Ekiron bumps into him, pushing them both down a slight bit further.

OOC: oh yay, I'm drake riding now. xD

Ekrion surprised by the... sudden change smiles, a bit relieved and a bit surprised. "Well, that works as well i guess. would you mind flying us both down safely now?"

Marais watched as his companions fall. "Some of us can't fly, you winged freaks!" He yelled after them before simply stepping into the abyss, his cloak flowing upwards like a rapid stream.

As Samael saw the two people flying down towards him at a great speed, he moved out of the way, and they soon joined Ekiron in the pool at the bottom.
The pool was deep, and they all plummeted several meters into the water before being able to swim to the surface.
Once surfacing, they realised that their only light was that from the way they entered, and inside their short radius of sight they could not see the end of the water.

Meyla fluttered down over the stretch of water, in the shallow light her face appeared long and troubled but one could not be sure. "Flyers, let's split up and find land before the others freeze to death" - without another word she was gone, swallowed up by the dark.

OOC: Searching for "land", Dragon, is that a role or..? :p

OOC:
Well, it's a pretty impossible one without darkvision or a light source. :p
But nonetheless, your action may bear fruit...

IC:
Meyla didnt fly far before she, as she couldnt see anything, bumped into a wall.
After the initial impact, she managed to make out what looked like a stone platform not far below her.

Meyla swore under her breath as she collided with something cold, hard and wet.
She was quick to kick away from the wall, nursing her head in both hands and moaning all the while. Out of the corner of her eye she noted something of interest, a stone platform of sorts, she could make out little else but nor did she need to, she'd found what she was looking for. As she turned round her face, had it been visible would've shown pure horror as realisation dawned upon her. "Which way is back?" she murmured, completely devoid of any sense of direction.

"I hope this water is clean," he commented, disgusted by the dripping liquid on his cloak and boots. Noting the darkness, he figured he should help out in some small way. He withdrew an arrow from his quiver and then a small elixir from his cloak. He opened it and poured a few drops onto the arrow head. He then began channelling, hoping to light the arrow.

OOC: Activated feat Elemental Channelling. And yes, lightning can cause fire. -.-

OOC:
I am well aware the electricity in very concentrated amounts can cause combustion.
But in the future please be more specefic about what you're trying to acheive with your channelling. ;)

IC:
@Marais
DM: Channelling Activation (DifLevel 2): Roll (1d6 +3 from Will): 6 (9).
Rolling Extra Dice: 5 (14). Critical Success!
Rolling Crit Chart: 3. Good Stuff!
Channelling Activated with a +10 to all magic-related rolls. The effect will dissipate after 10 actions by Marais.

Marais' eyes were lit by a bright light at he channelled the forces of the Great Tempest.
A powerful wind started blowing in the cavern, and an electric surge went through Marais' body and into the water.
Marais realized, almost too late, that he was very close to electricuting half the group, and...
DM: Will Save (DifLevel 4): Roll (1d6 +10 from Storm's Embrace and +3 from Will): 6 (19).
Rolling Extra Dice: 6 (25).
Rolling Extra Dice: 6 (31).
Rolling Extra Dice: 4 (35). Double-Crit!
Rolling Crit Chart: 6. Übarpwn!
...as a last minute resort uses his great surge of power to lift them all out of the deadly pool, powerful winds encircling them in a protective sphere.
A second surge of energy runs through Marais, and the water below them starts glowing from the great amount of raw energy in it as electrical charges run through the cavern's walls.
The energy inside him keeps growing, and for a split second he worries if he has unleashed something too far beyond his control.
But then the energy running in the cavern's walls all move towards the spell's initial target at the same time: Marais' arrow.
The energy envelops it, aswell as Marais' bow, and he feels painful shocks running through his body.
Then, in a blinding flash, the surge of power disappears, leaving behind a glowing pool of water and a sphere of magical air around the non-flyers of the group.
Around them the cavern is now fully illuminated, revealing a beautiful room full of carvings, and that Meyla is standing infront of a grand doorway.
As a last sign of the short surge of power Marais' bow starts glowing, and Marais notices the change it has undergone.
It is now made of a darker metal, and glowing runes depicting lightning strikes and tornados cover it entirely.
As he examines his bow, the arrow he was holding is run through by another electric surge, and dissolves into nothing. Left behind is a lightning sphere, which merges with the bow.
When Marais moves his hand to where he had held the arrow a minute ago a new arrow appears, this one apparently consisting entirely of some sort of white energy. Electric surges run through it as Marais touches it.
DM: Marais gained +4 Will, and a new weapon.
Weapon gained, 'The Second Wind', generates lightning arrows which deal +10 lightning damage.
Marais also gained 2/4 progress points toward an unknown channelling feat.

OOC:
Okay, you guys are getting close to beating the record to the most insane rolls i have ever seen.
Try doing the math on how low the chances of this happening are. You'l be surprised.
