Misha: either animate the villager, or get rid of him. change the model's internal and external name. put actual texture on the sail and wrap it well.. you could add team color to it too. and lastly, you could add some movement to the sail while playing the 'walk' animation..
and clear the unneeded attachment points or particle emmiters

I say to you, good sir oilcash the 01st, thou should'st add'st a mere bit of shading on the sail, and perhaps a half-a-crate for a crow's nest if you think it'd look good, thus it'd pass as a Sloop boat/ship.

Perhaps you could wrap the sail as said.

Just wrap the sail to be team coloured and put an attachment point in case someone wants to put a villager in there and it's done. Sometimes we need simple, small units around the map.

It really should still be approved, could use more row boats and that one is pretty good. I'd say it would easily blend in with most melee maps and some others.

Needs rowing animation for villager, dude( I know this is hard to do, but then the model will take a veeeeery different view. I would have done for you animation, if able. But I'm really not good at animating units(
