That's mine but larger, I like how the planets and the sky blend in but the ground is so ordinary that one of them looks out of place, the artist should've made the ground some more alien scenery if it were to represent another world, now this is just Earth. Not very fitting unless the idea was - look at the ground you see earth, look at the skies, you see another world..

I simply hide icons on the desktop. I use the desktop as my downloads folder.
