Applying Vista Themes

Okay, I've found this a skin I'd like to apply to my Desktop computer (which is running Vista), but after about 30 minutes of trying to wrap my head around it, The fact remains the same: It just isn't as simple on Vista as it is on XP, unless I'm missing something blatantly obvious. I was wonder whether anyone had any experience with this and could help me out. The theme is here SteelFlash Final by ~Steel89 on deviantART

You need to update your system to allow for custom themes. Use this tool do that, you will need to use the beta since 1.0 doesnt support SP1 (i assume thats whats your using)Downloads | CodeGazer

You need to replace the uxtheme.dll. I've found a few executables that do it for you, or you can replace it manually; it doesn't matter. Google to find the .dll.
