Two things. First, is it OK to use this color, and if not, what could I pull for Assassin? Second, this is something that will happen periodically. Assassin will just randomly kill people here and there. Numbers, locations, and factions will all vary, but he won't target anyone important, at least not without me warning you first.

Just noticed your characters talk a whole lot when fighting. Is it just me or is it stupid to tell the opponent what's about to happen?

Some characters requires a technique name for it's usage, this occurs with almost all of my characters that reliant on magic.

I am not sure about that actually.. it's not seen in either wow or wc3. On the other hand RACC is not really known for following official lore so I guess this is no different .
