Here is a nicer pict, plus i hope i make the deadline... and yes i know the legs arnt identical... and that it doesnt have feet!
Also i have a texture question! Can we take textures out of a picture, IE: i take the picture and change parts of it so i can use it as a skin? Im asking only because i tried using in game skins, but they dont seem to work well and are hard to wrap, and i cant do **** with GIMP and i have no other image processing program so i cant make my own skin :(...

This isn't probably the best place to ask, but can I make a camera for a portrait in Milkshape? Or when do I add that?

Use Magos' Model Editor; point the viewport as you see fit, and using the Camera Manager, right-click and 'Create new from current view' or whatever it is.

Remember that portraits are a bit rectangular (centred on the middle of the viewport, I'm pretty sure), so it might take a couple tries to get it perfect.

Blegh, for some reason my anims are showing up mega screwy in game, but normal in milkshape. Its only on my most recently exported one, in which I had (at least I thought so :p) fixed the anims to how I wanted em. Ah well, nothing will stop me from finishing, even if the end result aint uber pwnage. But it will be none the less.

I hope.

I used zero joints originally, but on that last one I deleted all the keyframes and started over. Would that have done it? And if thats the problem, can I just zero-joint the 1st keyframe, or do I need to re-animate?

Well, if you fiddled with the skeleton outside of animation mode, that often un-zeroes the joints -- exit animation mode, and check that your joints are perfect '+' signs in circles in every viewport. If they're not, you'll have to ditch it all, zero joints, and start again.
