Well, it looks very simple and plain to me. I mean it's just a skeleton with a cape so far, it's kinda insignificant for a hero if you ask me. But I don't know what you'll be doing next, maybe you'll add some effects on it or some sort of weapon, making him stand out you know.
As a technical aspect, I don't like that pelvis, it doesn't really have the right volume. But that's my opinion.

Here's a quick sketch I made just to have as a rough reference. It's some sort of efreet.

uh, the hips.. yeah i orientated myself on the already existing wc3 skeleton there as the exact moddeling of the bones there would have been too many polys.
i think the chest is ok, i'll let it that way!
another update...

andsure, it will have some effects, i dunno how to make them yet, but it will!

For the record, skeletons are allowed, since there are a lot of skeletons in the Warcraft world.

Looking really neat TDR. If you can make it match the concept, I'm really going to need to bug you for some modeling lessons.

I like the idea, but yes, it needs a different texture for the body, that grey looks too out of place.

Perhaps the thunder lizard has something useful, or one of the orc models.

Here's a WIP preview (xD) to get you lot off my back so I can work properly.

So far, I call him 'Faceless Two' as a hilaaaaaaarious pun. I know, I said I wanted to do something with BansheeGhost.mdx, but the geometry turned out to be too poo to use.

So far, not many changes on the actual model, working on squidging his general outline into the Paladin's skeletal structure for later grafting.

The goal here is not necessarily to create something exciting, new and/or interesting, but to create an efficient, logical, effective and practial hero for in-game use.

I've made the portrait.
I'm sorry to all of you who dislike his diving suit but i don't plane to change it.he is supposed to be an evolved being so he don't live entirely nude.
Btw can you tell me if i have to do some manipulation to link the portrait to the unit model or i just have to name it xxx_portrait.mdx and it's will be linked automatly?

Teach me how to rig, please?
Do you own a legal copy of Milkshape? *smiles sweetly*

Aye, it's all in the paths. Bacon\Model.mdx and Bacon\Model_Portrait.mdx.

I reiterate - the paladin's skeletal structure is beautiful.

Had this man successfully squidged and rigged in a good half hour or so.

Still in the process of beefing/appending extras, then got to twiddle the animation effects and add some choice emitters.

Don't really intend to win, just bulking out the entries for a larf. Callahan's deffo going to snatch it (in my eyes) so far.

And yes, you bastards, that is hero glow and team colour.
