Inviting your friends to vote for you, bribing random members with rep and otherwise cheating with the VB poll system will get you DISQUALIFIED, BANNED from future contests, -REPPED, and possibly INFRACTED. So don't do it!
This includes, but is not limited to, sending PMs out to various users, getting other people to send those PMs, advertising this contest on other sites with the intention to gain more votes (whether it is explicitly stated or not), and so on. If you are suspected of cheating, the staff will notify you and interrogate you (hopefully) over PMs.

I think 3-4 judges is fine.

The entries are few and relatively quick, so could we set a deadline of about 30 days? Say, end of February.

Well it was mainly the problem with the original host being absent for the entire contest, so unfortunately it was up to the contestants to pull it together. Thanks to rulerofiron, this thing can keep rolling.

If anyone has the 1.00 version, please upload it here.

I'm 90% sure I downloaded this version of Five Nights at Bear's the day the contest ended, so this should be the 1.0 version. It's slightly smaller in file size than his current update, so I know it's an earlier version for sure. There should be a rule about uploading the final map to the contest thread in future contests to avoid these types of issues.

Before I round up, I need to ask if anyone else feels that the entry called "Playtoy" doesn't even qualify theme-wise.

Yeah, he stated in his WIP that he didn't think it was much of a survival game. He did say that Nightfall mode was basically a survival mode, but it doesn't look like he worked on it enough.

If all else fails I'll do it, it's just a little awkward to be a host/manager for a contest I'm taking part in.

I was expecting a wait of 2-4 weeks, so I'm fine with waiting a bit longer.

As for poll result, take a look at how it was done in the previous contest: https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/contest-archive-227/mini-mapping-contest-9-results-259775/

score calculation:
0.65 * ( (judge1 + judge2 + judge3 + judge4) / 4 )
+ 0.35 * (votes / total votes)

Just record the number of votes and total votes on the day that you post the result and use that.

I'm almost finished with the judging, sorry I'm taking so long. I have been quite busy with a lot of things.. Procrastinator problems.... ehe...

I have finished with the judging (but didn't have internet connection to tell this), and I will announce the result this Saturday. The poll may be closed, it has been recorded so any change in the poll will not be counted.
