deprotecting is a bit hard thing actually, I heard.. even pro ones can screw the map while deprotecting it, so especially if you have protected it good, there should be no chance to get it maybe.. anyway, you should have stored it in a usb stick too... This been fatal bad now

Very well. I got the map back and remade all triggers.
Here goes a new version, the number 18 ;)

The new map is out now. Version 19. I know, there are some small problems ( i already tested it ) but they will be fixed in the next version. Have fun with testing and please review again :)

hi Nurga ^^ i just want to say that the terrain looks good but if you want the screenies to be better than that try move the camera abit around in the world editor and then find a really good position and take some screenshots...
third person camera screenies looks abit better ^^ GL & hopes you finish it.
Wish you the best on making the map.

Thanks for your reply. I'm not so good in making screenies, but i will try to get some better later.

At the moment, i'm working on the spawn system again, so it's playable.
I will take out the unfinished heroes, so nobody choose a-no-spell-hero while testing. Then i will get to work with a new quest and a new area.^-^

this map is really good, but it is really hard!!
there seems to be a problem with the spawn rates, in the starting area, they keep spawning, it gets very laggy. It becomes impossible to go out of town, u have to hope to kill one and jump outta there. And this is with near full group! (one was healer).

But i really like the blood effects.. great. But with a RPG like this with all the blood, shouldn't it be named something a little more suggestive, like Last Fate? (just an example). And get a map pic in lobby, like a female vampire :p.

Oh yeah, it is still early, but are u planning on making weapons class specific? I find it kinda weird that i put a bow on my dark elf, and did not even get range :D

Classes are really cool but sound ubr boring... i was dissapointed when deciding a class to choose, but once i chose i realized it is really better than it sounds. Change some names/descriptions.

Uh yeah can't wait to play more :D. BTW when i host with bot, 2 players usually get desynced (no idea why)

Sorry, we can't understand what you mean. (We're german, so it's not easy.)

-Weapon specifics are planned like class and level specifics. It's easy to make them.

-The descriptions and names maybe are a bit different, you're right. We will try to fix that.

-This problem is known. It's called Server-Split and it's not the fault of the map, it works best at Lan (Garena). Best thing to avoid is complete restart of Warcraft III by all players.

Oh, what i meant is, there should be a picture for the map. Like before you press start it shows a picture. You have no picture it is just a big ? mark. People judge books by their cover :))

Well, maybe we can. We also think about making an Ingame Map.

Yes, it's ordinary. At the moment. We are currently working at the basic ORPG-Base, the Extras, Titles, Quests, Videos etc will be included later. The most important thing is to finish the Map-Base first.

-Tooltips are to 100% changed! Coming back in production.

-Fixed problems with loading&save&repick. It will work now. :)

Mhm...what doesn't work at it? Maybe the damage rate is too low... (Orginal of this spell is the Aura of the Gurdian of Nature.)

Thanks for reporting, we will follow it to detect the bug.

EDIT: May the bug is following: Only melee attacks are under effect of this aura. Is it the problem?

Either it is really too low damage return at the enemy or it's a unknown bug.

It worked fine for me, also just by melee attacks.

I really don't know what's going on.

Type -chrismas to activate the Chrismas-Extra in the Map. (Only possible if you are Player 1 (Red).

The map isn't done yet. And it won't be so soon.

I'm working about 11 months now, had some lazy times, computer problems and was playing other games.

I'm working alone and it is a really hard and time-eating progress, too.

I would say i can release the Open Beta next year. I also hope the progress will be quick, but i try my best to bring myself to work... :gg:

But i promise to finish this map the next year, i will finish it, and after that...i will work on addons&Patches :D

Well, i was away this weekend, and school begun...

I have to invest more time in this project.

2 players played Dungeon Gods over Chrismas and brought me following:

-I have to make a respawn system (Enter=Spawn, Leave=Despawn)
-If you finished special quest, a region could be "cleaned" (no Spawn)

Maybe i can use that.

Maybe its start to make map little bigger ? :> With new territories, dungeons, quests ? :> Couse it's getting bored to play same!

Well, I really want to do more stuff, but i saw too much Wc3 the last time... :ugly:

But i promise to work on new areas, don't worry.

And about bigger maps:
Like said to begin of the map: I will make some more ExtraMaps, like Dungeons, new countries, areas etc...and maybe also new classes / skilltrees.

Let's see what's coming.

Currently doing a bit terrain for a friend, but after that, i will work on DG again.
