Scripts > Convert HD to SD with texture baking (experimental) in the menus
HD -> SD (experimental) with texture baking dropdown option in the Scripts menu. Then, in the result model, if you're not using it on "Reforged classic mode" you probably have to change the "Emissive" texture filepath to refer to something you export yourself, which I think is the only manual part of the task when doing it for a single model currently. (The conversion code was originally written for doing the entire game in an automated way, and at least one of the automation scripts includes code for solving this emissives issue, though.)
decay bone animation then it's quite possible that the model would do what you want, similar to how a Mountain Giant has no bones, because he has only a single Decay animation and not both Decay Bone and Decay Flesh at the same time.
