[SD/Modeling] Improve the naga building model

Would it be possible for some generous soul to help me improve a naga building model I found somewhere? First, I would love to see a birth animation added to the respective building of the default nagas, second, it would be nice if they align the life bar to the corresponding height and improve the portrait camera so that it focuses on the building at its best angle, and finally, I don't know if anyone is more creative than me, but is there any way to improve the structure of the building? I mean, the shape it has now is very similar to that of a naga seedbed, and it is something that is already very repeated, however, the shape of the seahorse seems excellent to keep it for the building, the only thing that would be good to replace is the part of the water pool that makes it similar and repetitive of the seedbeds, I don't know maybe replace them with other forms of structures that exist within the game or within the variety of naga buildings in the hive?

I tried my hand at drafting a model based on what you pasted.

Based on this comment, I tried to creatively tinker with the building

Based on this:
  • The columns and coral spears were reshaped into four columns (same texture, different wrap, maybe it's supposed to be coral).
  • Added some square art on top of the columns
  • Kept the Seahorse. NOTE: it's literally the seahorse doodad from the Ruins Statue doodad
  • Added a rectangular center base instead of the water pool
  • Moved the chains so that they are holding up extra lumber in the back
  • Added the animated saw that chops up lumber, held on a stick that the seahorse statue holds wrapped in his tail
  • Added horns to the seahorse for fun, and glowing eyes during the work animation
  • Added a lightly animated pole with some flair on the left, which is taken from the murloc hut.
  • Used the murloc hut roof as some extra flair sitting inside the building
  • Used the firepot and turned it into a waterpot to hold the animated pole flair thing
  • Changed the birth animation so that it loads from an ingame model instead of war3mapImported path.
  • Changed the portrait to try to get a good look at the saw and the seahorse

I have no idea if this is too creative. But I thought it would be interesting to play around and see what I ended up with.

Edit:
Now that I uploaded these screenshots, I noticed it might be considered weird that the columns have blue stuff on their base.

I attached a version 16 where the columns do not have that.

This is a great job, it looks very beautiful, you can see that everything is just right and precise to what one would look for for a lumber mill, only there is a small discrepancy, and of course it is my fault for being so careless and not having said it before, the detail is that I was not looking for a lumbermill for the nagas themselves, but more than that, I wanted a unit production building for them, as well as the temple of Azshara, seedbeds or like your model of the pyramid of the serpent that you used for troop production, something like that I was looking for, after all the details you made are very creative and I like the idea of the horns and the animation of the glow in the eyes, I would like that to be maintained, but I do not know if you could make it more similar to a troop production building please, keeping the same style as the other naga buildings (including your pyramid)
 
The Pyramid of the Serpent was created as part of a project in 2009-2011 to create an entire techtree or something like that. Most of the troop production from that project are uploaded here on Hive, and they were all created by me:

As you can see in the above image, using the models above together with the ingame models was able to fill out the command card's 11 building slots in my case.

Maybe these help to give you some inspiration?
 
All your models are lovely, although I like the pyramid one the most, which is why I use it on my map, I have something in my thoughts about the naga troop-producing buildings that have to have a large statue of some marine creature or animal, something like the temple of Azshara that has a giant statue of a couatl, or your serpent that also has its giant serpent statue, that is why for my 3rd troop production building I saw it pertinent to have a similar model that has a giant statue in this case the seahorse so that it respects the same algorithm (according to me haha), then I liked the seahorse model but I didn't want the pool, so what I thought was to remove the pool and replace it with something else that has a link to the nagas, just as you did with the new lumbermill that looks great, the bad thing is that that fits perfectly for a naga sawmill, but for a troop production building it would be necessary to change the base of the building and maybe remove the saw with the wood, it could also be Enlarge the seahorse statue a little more. I'm not really sure how it should look because I'm not very creative, but I'm sure you'd do a great job if you replaced it with what I said. In any case, I really liked the previous edition you made, and surely if you publish it in the hive it will have good recognition :D

Out of curiosity, where did the original NagaLumbermillTest file that you uploaded come from? Do you have author permission to edit it?

In my opinion, the model I created end up only using the seahorse, and the seahorse is directly copied from a WC3 doodad. So I don't think I would bother the author of that file by uploading what I created even if that author had not given you edit permission. But I was curious to double check, before I go and upload what I created to Model Section
 
I took the model from Maxwell's naga map in "Warcraft IV", and to be honest, there is no publication permission yet, but if it were to be published I'm sure it would be a great model and everyone would use it, because I really liked it, however, what I wanted was something different, if you could help me with what I'm asking it would be a great help please master, of course if you have free time :D
