is it 100% sure that it's supposed to be swimming?
I don't rly think that it needs to be floating like a ship, since shuriken missiles also don't float much around.......

This is actually pretty creative. I thought it was just a regular old "spinning top"-style minion, but it actually rolls around & then the spikes come out. Neat.
