If you're talking about ordinary matter, 83 would be the right percentage. Not 95.4

For know we only found matter particles and energy/force particle, and only 1 or 2 ways in which one goes to another. And even though that might be true, there is still difference between energy and mass in how it interacts with surrounding space. So you can't just toss them around.

1/infinity is close to zero, so in calculations you say its 0. It's because if you divide 1 on infinite small parts, it will be very close to zero.
Same goes with 1.999999 = 2. Its not exactly 2 but so very close that difference is usually neglectable.

Converting: 0.11111.. to a fraction
x = 0.1111111...
10x = 1.11111111...

10x - x = 1.11111... - 0.11111...
9x = 1
