Smirnoff, with a good game of buffalo. ^^ Grabbed some subway with the girlfriend, went to the pictures. Basically, just chilled some. :)

Realized that the poster above me humiliated an Mi-24 attack helicopter.

The blasphemy. Q_Q

Whilst I agree that the 24' Hind is a classic, I believe some of the variations boast vast improvements over the general design. Beyond that, it would be blasphemy were I condemning the; Mi-28 'Havoc', Tupolev Tu-22 or Type-34 Medium Tank. In any case, off-topic.

On-topic: I have also lurked on Hive for most of the day, though more for lack of things to do than an interest. ^^

Actually, the one on your avatar is a variation as well, seeing that the Mi-24A, the very first version has a distinguishably different cockpit and was pretty much out of service before color photos spread around Russia. :|

The Mi-28, I wouldn't hold competent in that regard, even though they're /actually/ planning to employ it as a replacement due to its performance in anti-tank combat, I don't know how that is given the fact that it has absolutely no troop capacity which made the Mi-24 infamous.

And uh... yeah. It's ugly, unlike its older sister.

I don't know how the Tu-22 as a bomber plane comes into the picture or what the Type-34 is (though judging by the name it's some cheap Asian ripoff of something more effective), so I can't comment nor compare.
