Got an important thing to say to you guys.

As you know lately I've been developing the storyline for the first campaign - Sons of Gruul.
Though before I couldnt think of anything good for it and expected it to be a lame small 3-5 mission campaign, but after a lot of branewashingstorming I have created such an awesome plot, that it will be probably one of the most interesting campaigns to play. You all know that FoD will be based completely on lore. However lucky for us, there are many blank places in the history, which I easily filled with theories and own ideas. So during the ogre campaign you will see unexpected intrigues, secret plans and much more. On ogre level of course. You will actually find out lots of things, like the origin of ogres and gronn, how Mogor became the chieftain of the Laughing Skull clan, how did many ogre clans get free from Gronn prior to the First War, how did the ogres join the Horde, how did Maulgar become king along with his clan becoming dominant and much more.

Of course I know about WoWWiki. Thats where I get my ultimate lore from. However some of their articles are just lame! They can make an article about an extremely important character and 98% of it will be stuff about how to fod him, what skills does he use, his loot... lame.

But what bugs me the most are their articles about Frostwolf and Blackrock clan.
The article about the ultimate awesome Frostowlf clan has only 7 lines of story and info. The rest of the page is about Alterac Valley. F***ing idiots.
Same with Blackrock. Completel no info about it being created or any info about its activity before or during the First War! First thing it says in the Story part is
"First War: Doomhammer defeats Blackhand in a duel and becomes the warchief.
Second War: ..."
Wow, now thats informative! Now I know all of its great history!

All I'm saying about the well known characters is the leaders of the races.
Like Velen of the Dreani, Blackhand of the Orcs, Dentarg of the Ogres, and so on.

I hope so. Though small in numbers, hear me Fodders!
Soon the hour of fate will come! The only thing we need to do, is to make the four races.
This will be the hour of out triumph! We need to make the models and the races themselves.

Ala you know that the blackrock clan was created already after the opening of DP? It was after the blood pact with Mannoroth and do you know how it was created?
The mountain later known as blackrock spire was the most teryfying for human place. Why?
The dragons lived there. Blackhand( whi was chosen by Gul'dan some weeks earlier) has come here with groups of warriors he came to the highest poiunt putted there the blackrock flag and said it's hiss new terrain and all who want to join are allowed becouse the BLrock clan starts to exist... Somehow... I want to said blackrock clan hasn't existed before the first war... Oh and who will be Frost wolf leader? Thrall's grandpa or greatgrandpa?

Ok but PLS PLS PLS PLS PLS PLS PLS PLS PLS!!!! wet me know when the beta version is redy

Actually its campaing and I doubt it actually needs beta test... plus its a really massive project so I think that Alagremm should't let any outsiders to beta-test it, it would be better that the ones that are curently working on project (Like modelers and terrainers) would test it - they are responsible about what they do since they are a part of the team...

Great, it means we have a logical explanation of lack of flying units too! Hmmm... I doubt if we need those tamed birds for scouting because I'm sure scouting with ground units is more intriguing but... hmmm... in few missions you can make a noptional task to free tamed birds that will fly and reveal you an enemy or any other type of immportant locations or maybe just fly around chaotically scouting the area...

Hm... good point. Though the fact that arakkoa wont use kaliri is kinda strange, but I always thought that the fact that birds and similar creatures fly and attack themselves. Plus how can they attack?

So they will be a campaign unit. Thats settled.

Sry, you confused me. The symbol really is a wolf. Wolf is a sacred symbol, keeper of orcs.

But it also has another meaning. Doomhammer was prophered to be taken by someone not of Doomhammer family, from the last of them to save the orcish race. As we can see the prophecy came true.

Actually, there's nothing about Blackhand founding the Arm, only that he was a Raider from it. Although it could be cool to have the Arm and the Frostwolves have some sort of contest in one level of the campaign, maybe as an optional quest...

"The (insert enemy race here) must be obliterated quickly, before they can garner reinforcements. You, as a leader of the Frostwolves, must strike fast with your Raiders, before the Sythegore Arm can do so. Victory will gain you great glory among the Clans!"

Supertoinkz, actually this week I refigured many things, made the storyline for ogre campaign(and actually Im proud of it) and I am reworking the races, so each race would have two ways of developing(like orcs can remain shamans or become warlocks) and to make them lore-accurate and balanced.
