No thanks. As I wrote above, the best and saner, less time consuming solution would be to add reviewers in their own list in Members like the admins+mods have.

To second Deepstrasz suggestion, perhaps an automatically updated table would work best 
one that grabs the username and date and then once the staff title is removed from the account it automatically gets moved to the ex staff list.
