Dude, I don't know if you've played Silent Hill 2, but if you have, you would understand why I would say that it has one of the most emotional, influencing and sad soundtracks ever.

I'll give an example with 2-3 songs:

I was going to pick that song. It really is one of the saddest songs I've ever heard in a video game. It makes me think of all the incredible things that Master Chief did, and feel sorry for the fact that he is lost in space.
