"A psychic! Yes indeed." Arcisal chuckled "Conversation usually helped speed up psychological injuries as in encourages the use of the mind instead of just allowing it to lay there idle. Perhaps the habit stuck."

As am I fellow psychic. Good to meet someone who can take over the power of the mind.

OOC: When I write in italic, it means I'm telepathically speaking.

IC: Ekrion stared at Meyla, here sudden outburst was rather... surprising. And that for someone who is suspicious of magic... he though. How Ironic.
He then stares at the golem... "I wonder" he mumbled to himself. he walked over to the damaged body of the golem and placed his hand on the eye, gathering his newfound energy over life. very slowly he starts to take small breaths controlling it... slowing it down... he then inhales untill his lungs are full and blows it over the golem pouring his magic energy into his breath.

NOTE: Breath of life, activate.

DM: Breath of Life Activated
The very essence of life emanated from Ekrion's breath as he exhaled, and for a second the silhouette of a man wearing a dragon skull on his head could be seen looking over Ekrion's shoulder.
A green light started shining from the core of the golem's eye as the breath of life surrounded it.
Slowly, roots sprung from the ground around it and circled around the golem's body, mending the places where it's stone armour had been damaged.
A Sphere of Light appeared in the golem's eye, and the cracks created slowly faded intothingness.
The gears inside the golem's body started turning, and the golem stood up.
Now a fusion of wood, metal and stone, the golem's eye flickered for a second as if blinking.
It then focused on Ekrion, made a short grunt-like noise and gave him a curious stare.
DM: Ekrion is now in controll of the Ancient Golem. The Golem has 500 HP and a +20 to all strength and endurance-related rolls.
It has a base of 0 in all stats.

OOC: Nice ^^

IC: Ekrion stared back at the golem. This new power he had gained was a blessing but it came at a great cost. He noded to the golem. "Can you talk?" he then asks curiously.

OOC: How will he get the golem out of the arena? :O
IC: Daegor felt the gush of air on his skin, he inhaled sharply, which in turn caused him to fall out of the capsule and onto his knees. He felt dizzy and lightheaded. Little black dots blurred his vision, his head throbbed. "Damn, that's one hell of a headache." He looked up at the curious group of adventurers. As he came to realise what he saw he quickly mustered the remnants of his strength, going into a defensive stance, he drew the iron warstaff, ready to strike. "Arcisal where the hell are we?! Who are you people?"

Sameal looked at the weak man with a sense of amusement "I would recommend you lay your weapon down we are no enemy but if you wish for a fight I guess we could find you something."

"I'll take your word on that." Daegor lowered his staff. "My name is Daegor, and this is Arcisal, what are your names?"

OOC: I will find a name.
IC: "My name is Ekrion, strangers... And like you we are for now trapped in this place." he said while looking around to find a door or a hatch of some sorts.

The golem looked at Ekrion with another curious stare, then made another grunt-like sound.
It then walked over behind him with surprisingly little sound from it's heavy steps, and stood there facing the newcomers like a bodyguard protecting it's master.

Ekrion looked at the golme, he was not sure what to expect but it seemed as if he saw everyone besides him as an enemy. he walked over and out his hand on it's shoulder "easy, they're friends." he said in a calming voice.
He then turned around and walked towards the door, signaling the golem to follow him.

The door the golem had first entered through started opening once again when the group members started walking towards it.
Behind it was no longer the darkness that the golem had emerged from, but a torchlit corridor.
And unlike the rest of the temple this corridor showed clear signs of someone having been there recently. Maybe even living there.
On the ground Illios spotted several chunks of half-eaten animal flesh, obviously left there recently as there was no signs of rot.

OCC: Sorry I've not posted in a while, it was a rp reason. Meyla literally has nothing to say or do.

The Remnant woman had remained fixed throughout the exchange cold eyes boring into the newcomers, a cold glint evident, perhaps a threat? She said nothing though, just continued to stare. The reviving of the Golem caused her gaze to shift and her open palms to clench and reopen repeatedly to an unsteady rhythm.
"Let's - get - out - of - here" she muttered in a dark monotone. The words seemed out of sync, her lips slightly ahead, as if she merely mimed the words of another.

As they moved further into the tunnel they started hearing the sound of footsteps.
It sounded like four or five humanoid creatures were walking towards something not far away from the group.
To be more specefic: They were walking away from the group.

Daegor, hearing the footsteps, went into a sprint, trying to catch up to those ahead of them. He was ready for a fight if need be. He looked back at the group :" Let's go, they might know something about that damn book."

"We're not here for the book. we came here seeking a wolf." Ekrion said. he shook his head and sighed. "You should not rush things, it will get you killed. for all we know the people up ahead could be our enemies, rushing towards them won't do us any good."

" So what you are trying to say is that the element of surprise is a bad thing?" Daegor stopped. " I have always thought that a preemptive strike is much more efficient than a long and grueling battle." He again returned to his sprint, stepping lightly, to make the least possible noise. " Arcisal, i know you're with me."

As Daegor ran further down the corridor what looked like an end came in sight.
Blocking the path was a statue of a man covered completely in bandages. Ontop of the bandages he wore plate armor decorated with images of roaring dragons.

At the same time Illios started getting a foreboding feeling.
Something in his mind stirred. A tiny voice shouting at him, telling him to be careful.
DM: Illios gained 1 Progress Point towards Spirit Vision.

''What the--..'' he whispered to himself, dazzled and amazed. He shook his head and sighed, then he turned to the group and started speaking:
''Something tells me to be careful. Whether it's intuition or something else -- I think these people are probably foes. We should keep a great distance between us and them.''

Daegor stopped dead in his tracks as he saw the statue. He took a step back, staff ready, and waited for the others to arrive.
" I have a very strong feeling that we should catch up with them, whatever they are. How can we get past this statue? Maybe the golem can move it?"

"It's a man. A man of that size can't be moved forcibly without a fight unless he wants to." said Arcisal. His quarterstaff was at the ready and spells were already forming in his mind.

OCC: Whats a progress point? What wolf are we looking for?

OOC: ask us IC, that would be logical since your characters just joined us and should thus not know ANYTHING of what we are doing.

"We are in this realm seeking the Gerdener. He is supposed to lead us towards the book, however. Before we can get to him we need to take care of this spirit wolf. Apparently it's been corrupted and we need to take it out of it's misery." He said to the newcomers.

"This is dull." Daegor took a sprint and leaped at the statue, swinging his staff at it.

Daegor's staff bounced right off the statue, not leaving any kind of mark.
It appeared that it was indeed a statue of a bandaged warrior and not much else.

Daegor did though manage to see that there was infact some kind of passageway behind the statue.

"Can you ask your friend flames to stop, drop, and move out of the way?" said Daegor. He was getting pretty edgy, his nervous side taking over.

OOC: you're character is acting pretty funny Mato2 xD super energetic also.

IC: "Calm down and be patient my friend." Ekrion said. He was Rather amused by their new companion. "But you are right. We need a way to move this statue so we can continue." he then looked around looking for a switch of sorts.
