Oh, good! And it's seems that your ability in terrain is getting better! :D

Thanks. I think it's called "Learning under desperation". That or I just picked a little piece of terrain that's above the average stuff I create. :p

Damn that air ship... just standing there, plotting!

It's right behind you and wants your soul! :O

Terrain suggestion: add a litte more noise

Blasphemy!

On a serious note, it's messy. It's always better to manually raise and lower stuff.

Agreed. Noise looks awful.

Will have the series of the campaign custom sound,or for trailers?

Perhaps some custom sounds for trailers (like the one I already created) but the campaigns themselves? No.

Tell me i get to kill them and then make them my Bi**es.Please!

You might get to kill them if you're insane enough. The latter - no.

Progress report:
Work on the final chapter is going well. The final chapter of the First Undead Book will have two endings. While they won't be too different, they will influence the next books.

Two endings?:vw_wtf:
That sounds...AWESOME!
So the choices we make will change the ending?

I had just ended the final mission and watched the epilogue.
I spent all of my resources to kept sending units in a Zerg rush until all the demons died.
This sucks! I thought Aridon had planned for everything! How did he not saw an enormous demon army coming?! He said he had another plan he made centuries ago. Where is the trump card?!
I found a bug:
-In the epilogue, the camera is always showing an area with nothing, no buildings, no units nor characters.
Release the fixed campaign and with the choices you think we should made, like you did with the other campaigns, please.

Well it was a Bloodbath indeed...
For all of you who are strugeling to beat this chapter i can give a few tips.

-Upgrate the two ziggurats into frost towers
-Bulid a second Temple
-Block the middle path with your unites this will delay the teal unites, demons first wave will come near your base and this will make it more easy for you to kill them and gain the upperhand
-Start pumping necromages and obsidant statues( 4 OS and 8 NM) make OS to replenish only mana.
-Constantly move Krom in the battlefild and make use of his AOE heal it is THE KEY SPELL TO PUSH THE DEMONS BACK
-Upgrate the Obsidants
-Upgrate the Frost wyrms
-Upgrate your army
After you have pushed demons all the way to the hill and got rid of their pitlords here start the second phase
-Spawn 4 Frost wyrms
-Spawn 6 Abominations and start working on the left side(I feel this side is weaker)
-Keep in mind Spahiras ulty can work on the enmy flying unites so use that in your advantage.
-Be patient

Shar i would sugest to expand the narrow hill area a bit the Ai gets really f*** up in there.
also make the side quests a little bit more rewarding sinc you are spending resources on them and you get hardly any reward worth your time.

A Blood bath indeed. I mean, three huge armies fighting in such narrowed area? What is this, '300' (with three instead of two)? Most of the time, I didn´t even know who was winning. When I actually won, the area was filled with corpses.

Pretty much everything's finished right? Just some polishing before the release to map section I assume?

Exactly. :)

I had just ended the final mission and watched the epilogue.

Patience, all will be revealed in time. I'll deal with the bug.

Release the fixed campaign and with the choices you think we should made, like you did with the other campaigns, please.

Actually, I just removed all canon choices since it makes people think they should make them to get the best result and that is not true. They're called canon because they are the choices that have been made if you play another race's book.

Shar i would sugest to expand the narrow hill area a bit the Ai gets really f*** up in there.
also make the side quests a little bit more rewarding sinc you are spending resources on them and you get hardly any reward worth your time.

I'll take a look into that, although I don't think I'll change the rewards too much - if at all.

I would rather see the canon choices since I want to make some connection with other books.
Let's say I play human and don't do X and Y and at Orc I see X and Y, I would be VERY confused at that point, isn't it?

This was a reason to make the canon choices public in the first place, but the problem is that, no matter how often I mention it, many people think that these choices are the best ones and/or the ones they SHOULd pick, you know? It might even make people think that the canon choices are the ones that will be imported into the next books (and they won't, your own will of course; they won't even be picked if you never played the First Books) and therefore some might think that they just should always pick these options instead of chosing an own since they think that else they wouldn't get some events of the next books.

as you now polishing i would advise you to add a tip in first mission.
TIP: "To cut lumber use acolytes instead of ghouls" .
Because it took a while for me to find out this property.

Maybe, but it's kinda obvious who's chopping wood, if the ghouls are not doing it. Workers are an obvious choice to check on next.

Sometimes curiosity kills.. So I decided to test the last chapter first.

Error, Bugs and Glitch List :
Destroyers (from Slaughterhouse) can be trained in about 3 seconds, and training them instead of morphing one Obsidian Statue saves 200 Golds and 35 Lumbers.
Rohir Nexus troops sometimes just stand after attacking and not move toward Demon base, same goes for Demons.
Resistant Skin in Spirit Legionnaire writes Mountain Giant instead of Spirit Legionnaire in it's tooltip.
Fist of Ice writes Avenge in it's learn tooltip.

Bugs and Errors :
Camera didn't move at all
The cinematic doesn't end and stuck in cinematic mode, forcing me to exit the game through the force close method.

This a review for 0.9 of Undead Book.
sorry for the long delay, but some issues might still existent on 1.0.

Honestly when I began playing this campaign series back in december, I played the very first missions of the human book and was like "this is just another generic wc3 campaign, it always starts with the hero battling some orcs..." however upon spending some more time playing it I got pretty into it...at first I agreed to help Gardon, but then after realizing that he enchants your necklace for this and that this basically turns you into his slave, I redid the mission without helping him, the next mission was brutal...it took me over 5 hours to beat it...the allies were kinda useless, but I was so intent on doing it that I persisted anyway...when I had to make a choice on who to help I decided to help Genethias since Gardon was evil in my opinion, then it turned out that he wasn't the traitor after all, even if he was using enchanted charms to control his allies and subordinates .... storyline wise this was probably in the top 10% of all the campaigns I ever played....

I'm really looking forward to playing the 2nd books, especially the 2nd human book

[simpletable="Ladies and gentleman,
Humans and Elves,
Orcs and Dwarves,
Demons and Undead,
Recruits and veterans of Arkain,
Creatures of all kinds,"]Today, I'm bringing to you:
The Arkainian Question Time!
In the hidden tab below, you will find answers to many questions you've sent me via PM about the Second Books of Arkain. I have added a few things that I thought could be interesting as well. I thank everyone who has sent me some questions.
I couldn't answer each question, of course, since some contained spoilers I didn't want to publish that soon. Also, for those who have new questions or didn't have the possibility so send questions: You can still send me those with the title "AQT" so I know and can add them to this list.

I think it's quite clear that the following questions and answers contain major spoilers. So, you've been warned. :)

Enjoy!

Is that fool Cleavehand going to get some serious role this time?
Selior has been killed by the Darkmind Clan in all books. He won’t return – not even as an Undead.

Will there be any ogre in the Orc Book?????? :ogre_hurrhurr:
After a long time of consideration, I decided not to add Ogres to the Orc race. They might still appear as creeps, though. The Orcs will gain other strong melee units instead.

Will there be a new techtree for the human race?/Will there be new units?
Not only for the human race, but all three races. I am adding numerous amounts of units, abilities and upgrades for them, the player will even have to choose between different units or even sets of units at some point.

Will Vanessa be Gardons Bitch?
This is still a WarCraft campaign, not a PornCraft one.

Are there going to be some new characters/heroes?
At this point, there are around 30 new heroes/characters. It is most likely, that more will come.

Is the mysterious Demoness Ebira (stated by Lord Genethas at Chapter Eleven : Betrayal) still leads the Demon Legions as a whole?
Ebira has never been leader of any Legion. She is a high-ranking member of the Souleater Legion (and yes, she is still out there).

Will there be any new races? :)
No.

Have you thought of making a "Side Story Book" after you are done with the second Trilogy?
Yes, but I’m unsure whether or not it is going to happen.

At the last chapter of Undead Book, Aridon doesn't seem to prepare himself for the second wave of invasion (Souleater Legion). Is that intended by Aridon or is he truly unprepared?
All part of the plan.

Will this Emperor character make an appearance?
Most unlikely, no.

At Interlude : Move of the Watcher, Rahandir states that it's quite familiar yet he needs to research it first when Saphira explains about Gardon. What is actually meant by Rahandir at that moment?
Rahandir knows the magic that is used by Gardon and he remembers someone who used to use the same magic. It will be explained.

Will there be other elven and dwarven oriented missions on the second Human book?
Yes.

What actually happens to Aedale after Chapter Eleven (Betrayal) in Original Plot (Corrupted)? The trailer is a little confusing because Aedale's arrest and later in the same trailer she's talking to Lisara.
She will be imprisoned. However, the recently freed Lisara wouldn’t allow her new vessel to remain like that, would she?

How does Gardon's magic works on his comrades?
Let’s just say that the amulets he gave to some of his subordinates forces them to follow his will in a very subtile way. Very ancient, complicated and dark magic.

How has Salomar survived the temple in Human Chapter Ten that he reappeared at Orc Final Chapter (if they're related at all) if Aedale fully corrupts herself?
In the First Human Book, he was killed by Largoth if Aedale got corrupted. In the Orc and Undead Books, he was heavily wounded, but managed to survive because of his Divine Shield and even retreated unnoticed while Aedale was in Lisara’s prison. Largoth allowed him to leave there, since he knew that Salomar would be killed by the Orcs (Yes, he IS a manipulative bastard, mark my words.).

Will we get to know the dwarven leaders/leader?
You already know him, name’s Zarin Hammerfall.

Who is this Lord guy from the trailer?
An asshole. Nothing more to say.

How many kingdoms that the Humans have at the early phase of the war?
Seven: Rengar, Lor, Kerrel, Pyrru, Isalmur, Toran, and Salria.
Isalmur has been destroyed by the Demons already, Lor is the kingdom that has mostly been conquered by the Demons and is completely overrun by them at the end of the First Books, Rengar is the kingdom where Rahandir hails from and Kerrel is the kingdom, the Humans are retreating to. The others haven’t been mentioned so far.

Between Human, Orc and Undead Books. Is Souleater Legion the legion that attacks in all three books?
It is just as you have seen in the First Undead Book. The Blooddrinker Legion attacked and was defeated by the Undead, while the Orcs defeated Selior. Then, the Souleater Legion arrived and while the Undead retreated, the Souleater Legion passed the Imperial Defense. So, yes, the main enemy in the Second Books will now be the much more dangerous Souleater Legion with their new armies. Oh, also Ornasion the Destroyer is always being taken prisoner by the Undead, in all different books.

Are there going to be some new, more original, or even triggered/jassed spells?
New spells, even with triggers, yes. JASS spells only perhaps.

Will Gardon's true identity revealed and his past becoming a General in the Second Books?
Gardon’s origins will be part of the Second Human Book.

Will already existing heroes gain new abilities?
Yep.

Will the choices of the First Books influence the Second Books?
Yes, of course. Perhaps not all of them, since some have already influenced the First Books and aren’t intended to have any further influence and also some might only influence the Third Books. We’ll see.

Sir Lerrig's fate is unclear, what happened to him?
He survives every time in the First Books. In the Orc and Undead Books, he retreats and in the Human Book, he surrenders if he was defeated. He’ll be back.

Will you continue to make hard missions?
Of course, I need something to torture- ehm, I mean: I have to create hard chapters to spice things up!

Will there be any secret missions like in the First Human Book?
Perhaps.

Is there any chance that I might join Arkain Industries?
If you’re willing to give up your life and family, hand over all your properties to Arkain Industries and want to turn into a mindless slave, without any rights, that might disappear at some point… THEN you have a slight possibility of 0,00000021% to be part of Arkain Industries. Well, perhaps. You shall get a message when we lack any cannon fodder.

Will Gardon ever find true love?
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! That one made me actually laugh!

Will there be a Demon Book of Arkain?
Most unlikely. If there'll ever be one, not before the three triologies are completed.

Will these books will be like Game of Thrones, you know with the great amount of characters' deaths?
While the series has been compared with Game of Thrones in some way, I'm not going to kill all the main characters. I'll leave that to you instead! >:)

Is Vanessa alive in the human campaign?
Yes.

Will Salana be Gardon's true love?
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! That never gets old, does it?

Will the undead demon who serves Aridon (who appears in the pearl of Lor) play a bigger role in the 2nd book?
Margazar will appear again and play a bigger role, yes.

Can we see some of the new units for the Second Books?
Click.
Click.
