All of a sudden, several stones have fallen from the skies above, heading for the birds as if they were sexy chicks. The rocks seemed to have a level of consciousness.
The birds were fairly quick so it would take a short while for the stones to catch up, though, when they did the birds were easily taken out. There were not meant to take damage after all.
Still, it was a indirect confirmation that Deroc remained hidden and had now admitted that the birds could find him, thus he wanted to get rid of them.
Amber considered to create new ones since the seemed to be effective, but it would perhaps make Deroc continue to play the illusion game - which was boring to her, quite frankly.

It took quite a long time for the six illusions to locate her. One of the illusions spotted Amber, but he laid an ambush behind a few rock chunks, not too close to nor far away from Amber. All of a sudden, the hiding illusion unleashed a continuous barrage of concentrated plasmaballs toward Amber's back probably catching her by surprise.

The five others were alerted and quickly moved toward Amber's location, though two of them laid other ambushes elsewhere while building up their ray of continuous barrages of powerful plasmaballs.

(Roll a Dice to determine if Amber would be ambushed: odd numbers means... SURPRISE!!!, while even numbers means safe. If Amber manage to defeat the three other illusions then the two hiding illusions would grow bored and approach Amber)
Amber didn't seem to have detected his presence, since she did nothing to protect herself. One of the tendrils smashed the ball into particles, apparently they could act on their own. Or Amber could somehow see in all directions.
The tendrils were made of very compact energy and proved way stronger than the individual spells, yet it suffered slight noticeable damage as the impact left a mark.
However it didn't remain for long as the energy was quickly replaced, perhaps so quickly that they didn't notice.

(how would I be supposed to roll?)

My logic here goes:
The clones are almost as strong as Deroc.
95%~
There are 6 clones: 15.8% of Deroc's original strength per clone
The clones then cast many spells quickly which makes each individual spell weak compared to the max potential. Maybe 5% per spell.

If each clone is 95% of Deroc however..
then it's OP. Because the total power level would be 570% of Derocs original strength.

Each of them is about 20% of Deroc's power (120% in total). However, if only single illusion remains it would be 90% of Deroc's power; and the power of the illusions drop when there are more illusions.

Roll a dice? Here: http://www.roll-dice-online.com/

Number of dice: 1
Number of rolls: 1 or 3 (or any odd numbers; if the results showing odd numbers are more than even numbers then SURPRISE!!! If not, Amber's safe)

I think you need to roll every two or three posts (not counting OOC posts or posts not involving the fight) until you defeated all the other six illusions.

Finally returned from blackouts, anyway
=========================
Sapphire looked behind herself. Her eyes narrowed: "You can see me...? only Amber should be able to right now."

"See? Yes I can, Reapers can see each other noh."

Without another word she waved her hand before spreading her spectral wings and flew away from the battle at a fairly slow pace. She landed a few kilometers away from the battlefield as she waited for Edge to show up.

As Sapphire waits, Edge shows up with a Flash Fire. "Why'd you fly dark one? I'm merely here to greet a friendly Reaper... or are you." Edge finishes with a small grin.

"I don't know anything about this 'reaper' thing, but I figured you wanted to talk away from unfriendly ears. I may be invisible, but my voice can still be heard if one listen carefully."

Sapphire scrolled around Edge, slowly. "Interesting.. yes.. your aura is quite interesting." she mumbled after a few seconds while keeping her eyes fixed on Edge.

"Merely greeting? she asked as she leaned her head to the side like a curious child.

"Hmmm, this is interesting, a soul keeper not of Death's, a very good candidate for deal" Edge talked to himself then answers Sapphire.

"No, not just a greet, I came to talk, no violence, no fighting" ...A brief moment... "I came here for a proposition, or I might call it a deal"

Edge continues... "You see, I'm pretty much new to this world, and I'm thinking of enlisting myself to some good faction, if that answers your curiosity my lady." Edge said like a gentleman then touches his hat.

"I tend to like deals, I like the mindgames that comes with it. I used to make deals with dying people, I would not claim their soul in return for their.. services, naturally, I did so anyway. Though that's not enough for enjoyment anymore.. with that said I'll hear you out."

Edge continues... "You see, I'm pretty much new to this world, and I'm thinking of enlisting myself to some good faction, if that answers your curiosity my lady." Edge said like a gentleman then touches his hat.
"Hm, how convenient. We've had our fair share of those who want to enter the Underworld for its secrets. And you appear when we battle on of them."
Sapphire grinned wickedly, "Quite suspicious don't you think?"

She tapped her foot a few times before continuing her stroll. "Regardless, let's say that I judge that you are not a spy, what do you want in return for your allegiance and services? I doubt you work for free, at least if you're somewhat powerful."

"...hehe, quite smart eh, Crimson." Edge talks to himself then continues "Powerful... power... ah, those were quite good in the days... but they just take away the fun..." Edge talks to himself again but can be heard this time.

"Anyway, yes... my allegiance is not free, but I tell you, its not much of a cost. As a Reaper, I tend on writing short contracts, but this one maybe long." A contract appears from Edge's hand.

"So in this contract, I will work for your faction to kill, slay and observe, by your orders. Since I choose you as my employer, you will be the one I'll follow, your friends, my friends, your enemies, my enemies. You say to slay, I slay."

"And in return, the souls of the enemies "I" slay, the contract here says that it will end if I burn it or by your will, and so I give this to you, my lady." Edge hands the contract. "I'll just need your signature and it will burn and mark my palm, oh here's a pen." Edge hands also a pen that appeared as well.

"As a Reaper, I'm true to my words, no betrayals. The mark that will appear in my palm say so. I'm a loyal Reaper, and since I'm quite pleasant, I will not end the contract quickly. So... is it a deal?"

"I like your words. Though the price is a nasty thing to ask for from me, a fair one perhaps but nasty regardless."

"Yet.. I think you've failed to answer my biggest concern. If all you demand is the souls you slay alone, then why decide to join a faction. If you went lone wolf you'd get an equal number of souls. I don't think it matter since I will deny you important information until I deem you trustworthy."

"Before I sign this contract, I want a bit of your blood. This contract may or may not be binding to you, it's not my area of expertise, thus I want other insurance. With it, I can do a few nasty things to you while the blood remains fresh. With the right treatment it'll just last for a month or two, by then.. we'll see."

If the condition was met she'd take the pen and sign it. "Eirlys"

With other words, giving Sapphire a vial of blood will make her able to create a link between the blood in the vial and the actual blood.
If she then boils the blood with fire, the blood in his veins will boil as well.
Though the threat of Sapphire abusing it only lasts for as long as the blood lasts, so you can easily betray her after that if you wish.

Now that I think about it, it might be impossible if Edge is undead or something. In that case something else of similar value would work I suppose.

"I think I prefer working for some faction, I'm not good when it goes to directions, it's all seemingly new, and its more fun with other people, noh?" Edge replies.

"Heh" Edge grins. "So you wanna test me? Alright, if my words aren't enough. Sadly though, I'm not living anymore, there's no blood within me. But I do have this..." Coming out from Edge's heart, a small purple fire.

"This be a fragment of my soul, I may not be a living being, but I have a soul. Raise the fire and I will burnout and disappear, kill it(the fire) and the contract breaks. I do not fear on what will you do as long as it satisfies me." Edge puts the small fire in a glass-like case.

"If not, well, no matter what you do, there is always a "power" that breaks the link." Edge continues then gives the case with his soul fragment to Sapphire.

If the condition was met she'd take the pen and sign it. "Eirlys"

A shadowy fire engulfs the contract, it turned into ashes and marked Edge's palm. "Oh, it tickles". Edge looks at his palm and the mark shows a crossed 45.
"So, now that it is done..." Edge draws his sword and continued "What is your target, my lady." He finishes without a worry or fear.

Note that if Edge is abused while he is not satisfied, the "power" which is sealed inside him, he shall release and break the contract, the mark in his palm disappears and the soul fragment/fire will die out.

"There might be some truth to that." she simply commented with a nod

"So, now that it is done..." Edge draws his sword and continued "What is your target, my lady." He finishes without a worry or fear.
"There is this one little lady whom is hiding from me, she is dear to an enemy commander. If I got my hands on her alive, then I could likely trade it for something of high value. If that's too difficult due circumstances just bring her soul, I'll trade a multitude of other souls for it."

Sapphire displayed another grin.

"Problem is that I don't know where she is hiding, it's likely that in their capital but I cannot be sure. Her name is Azlariah, she's quite.. looked up to so I doubt it will be hard if you ask the average citizen."

An Observer (Crow with green eyes) came flying carrying a detailed map. "I've been here for a while so this map is quite detailed. Hopefully it'll aid you in your search. I've sent others to assassinate this woman but our appearance makes it hard to get through the gates unnoticed. I'm sure there'll be many souls to 'reap' along the way if you look at things positively though."

With that she waved a bit dismissively as she flew back towards the battlefield. "My Observers will watch over you, I'll be in touch if need be."

"The target is Azlariah, dead or alive, I'll probably bring her alive, for more fun. No need to worry for infiltration, I'll take care of it." Edge takes the map.

With that she waved a bit dismissively as she flew back towards the battlefield. "My Observers will watch over you, I'll be in touch if need be."

"Now, this Azlariah... hmmm, quite familiar...." Edge said to himself and then used a Flash Fire, disappearing and already on his way.

@Edge: Hmm... wasn't Edge away while Deroc's Pherith Empire rose into prominence? If Edge always stalk on Deroc or something... he's such a spooky stalker...
@Chaosy: Have you decided? Or just postpone that roll?

Anyway, I have replied to your roleplay below:
======================
Amber considered to create new ones since the seemed to be effective, but it would perhaps make Deroc continue to play the illusion game - which was boring to her, quite frankly.

After hitting those birds, those rocks continued to hover and followed Deroc's (invisible) tail.

If any new stalker birds (especially but not limited to yellow) were nearing Deroc (it's quite a long distance to average human, about 200 meters away from him), the rocks would hit 'em real hard.

Amber didn't seem to have detected his presence, since she did nothing to protect herself. One of the tendrils smashed the ball into particles, apparently they could act on their own. Or Amber could somehow see in all directions.

That particular illusion was shocked and bounced in shock. "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!" The illusion went crazy and terrified, but a few seconds later he returned to normal status and sprinted to Amber's front and opened fire.

The tendrils were made of very compact energy and proved way stronger than the individual spells, yet it suffered slight noticeable damage as the impact left a mark.
However it didn't remain for long as the energy was quickly replaced, perhaps so quickly that they didn't notice.

"?"

By this time, all the other three (forgot that two were hiding for ambush) illusions arrived and all six illusions spread themselves into four different directions. Rains of plasmaballs and arcaneballs soon hit Amber from every direction.

I still don't like this though since it can be abused.

By this time, all the other three (forgot that two were hiding for ambush) illusions arrived and all six illusions spread themselves into four different directions. Rains of plasmaballs and arcaneballs soon hit Amber from every direction.
The tendrils 'dug' themselves beneath the ground while still attached to Amber, the expanded silently while out of sight (beneath the ground). They would once more appear out of 'nowhere' to impale the illusions whom were busy casting spells like crazy.
Meanwhile, Amber's wings became visible, with their usage she sprung up in the air at insane speed. "I wanted to kill her with this ideally.. but then again.. that would just be a bonus." Amber thought as she casually flew towards the 'guardian' rocks. Due the thought reminding her of the damage, she looked over her shoulder for a moment looking at the metal wing which had replaced the missing one. Yet it was not too obvious that it was of metal as it glowed brightly and kept the metal hard to see.
Though before she came all too close she was forcefully stopped, as the tendrils were still attached to her, there was a maximum length they could expand to without requiring additional mana, which she did not want to use. Thus she stopped mid air, waiting for the tendrils to make their assault before withdrawing them, close to her before picking up the chase once more.

All of the four illusions were being impaled high above the air, afterwards falling down onto the ground stunning and almost crippled.

At this time however, those two sneaky illusions hopped out from the stones and unleashed a saturated ray of continuous plasmaballs that would last for fifteen seconds. It would most likely deal a great amount of damage and burn her body as the energies there were really powerful. (One of the illusion was on Amber's back, another in front of Amber)

Amber thought as she casually flew towards the 'guardian' rocks. (Hmm... I thought the birds and the rocks were outside of the Nanoswarm? By the way, the real Deroc is outside of the Arcane Nanoswarm) Due the thought reminding her of the damage, she looked over her shoulder for a moment looking at the metal wing which had replaced the missing one. Yet it was not too obvious that it was of metal as it glowed brightly and kept the metal hard to see.

Although the illusions didn't really know that it's a mechanical one, they were still wary of the excessively bright glow of it. However, the illusions were so crippled that they had to summon two Healing Wards to recover, giving time for Amber to do whatever she like (within the Nanoswarm).

The illusions, with all the vigor they have, rose up and crawled away from the tendrils as fast as possible.

As the tendrils were used for assault just a moment ago, she could not use them for defense this time around.
Though there were only two casting this time around so the damage would hardly be enough to kill her, thus she thought she could heal the wounds without too much trouble. She moved her metal wing slightly, making them take most of the damage from the back. It proved to be unusually sturdy and the spell did not go through, though it got deformed, making Amber's balance in the air to become unstable. And she could not heal metal either, at this point it could merely act as a shield, or for flying short distances. She quickly dropped in height, and once she landed she almost tumbled due the slightly clumsy landing. She did not react to the illusion in front of her though and got bombarded by the spells, but merely for a short while as the tendrils were on their way beneath the ground to impale him and cancel the long assault.

The illusions, with all the vigor they have, rose up and crawled away from the tendrils as fast as possible.
Amber observed their movements as she thought that it was only a performance by Deroc. She was fairly certain he would never act like that, the illusions were too good to have such a flaw in personality.

Gauge packs up his base and starts conjuring a portal.
Gayvin followed up by selling all of his structures and moved his forces toward the portal.

Though there were only two casting this time around so the damage would hardly be enough to kill her, thus she thought she could heal the wounds without too much trouble.

"Huh?!?! How..." the two illusions exclaimed in surprise.

"What happened to your wing, demon huh?" They paused for a few seconds. <Something must be wrong with her wing...>
They've finally noticed the metal wing! "Hah! A cyborg wing, eh?!?! CABAL's lapdog!"

The illusions opened fire at her metal wing without hesitation. The plasmaballs are likely to be tough enough to break her metal wing into useless scraps.

She did not react to the illusion in front of her though and got bombarded by the spells, but merely for a short while as the tendrils were on their way beneath the ground to impale him and cancel the long assault.

Again, one of these illusions was distracted by the metal wing and left the tendrils unnoticed.... (the other illusion is quite alert, as soon as the careless illusion was impaled he would react)

"Maybe you should conjure some new ones Deroc, you can't hope to win with just one remaining. You need to do something you know." Amber spoke as she looked at the remaining illusion. She barely got to finish the sentence before the spells the illusion had managed to cast before he got interrupted hit her.
Almost the whole front of her body turned bloody, the wounds were not deep but it blew the skin away on a large area.
Amber eventually had to spend a little mana to fix her dress too, unless she wanted everyone to see her upper body nude. Luckily her simple dress was magical, not in terms of defense potential but it could be repaired with mana alone. She which did while healing her wounds. She took her time to do this, mainly to save mana, but she also wanted to make Deroc stay on his toes by being inconsistent.

(OOC: About three of the six illusions are still there, although one is badly hurt. And Amber seemed to have forgotten the three channeling illusions maintaining the Arcane Nanoswarm)

Almost the whole front of her body turned bloody, the wounds were not deep but it blew the skin away on a large area.
An illusion of Deroc took the chance and summoned a stream of boiling water toward her burnt skin, hopefully irritading and possibly hurt Amber even more.

Amber eventually had to spend a little mana to fix her dress too, unless she wanted everyone to see her upper body nude. Well, as Deroc is a bit horny and lustful (but he is not too interested about Amber), the illusions tried to blast her dress with rains of plasmaballs while glaring at her upper body. Luckily her simple dress was magical, not in terms of defense potential but it could be repaired with mana alone. The continuous firing of plasmaballs against her dress could cause Amber to keep wasting her mana fixing her dress, along with some damage dealt. She which did while healing her wounds. She took her time to do this, mainly to save mana, but she also wanted to make Deroc stay on his toes by being inconsistent.

"Sigh. It's getting boring." Deroc exclaimed. Even worse, he couldn't think of any interesting mind games for both of 'em...

"Onward.. to the artic lands... Angel Forge must not fall to the animatronics hands!"
Gauge starts preparing a portal to take them to the gates of Angel forge.
"Yeah!"
Gayvin them assembled his troops to gather before the mighty portal.

OOC: If they do nothing they might as well not be there as she sees it

Amber suddenly sat down, and crossed her legs. The tendrils around her took a defensive formation. They effectively smashed the bolts as they came close and seemed to have no problem doing so either.
Yet, Amber gave up with fully fixing her dress as she figured is was not worth it. She merely bothered to repair it to the point where it covered up the essentials.
She wanted the silly facade to end, she hoped she could send that message to Deroc without actually saying the words.

Her normal wing faded, but the metal one remained. Mainly for extra defense if it would be needed, as she could no longer fly before it was repaired anyway.

She then put her hands together in a prayer-like pose and closed her eyes while doing so. A low and calm hmn could vaguely be heard if one were close enough.

It would be unclear if Amber taunted Deroc by silently stating "I don't even need to look nor move to deal with your illusions." or if she was building up some powerful spell. Perhaps both.
If the first would be true, it would not be a winning strategy as it would only make her defend and not attack.

However, she spoke once after a few seconds. "Deroc you might want to tell your troops to withdraw from the sidelines. I may be trapped in here physically, but I can still reach them. They are dangerously close to breaking the temporary treaty. Perhaps too close."

The illusions had decided to change their tactics. Using telekinesis powers, they lifted the soils nearby and made it into a massive muddy boulder. The muddy boulder was then slammed at Amber (and the tendrils).

Yet, Amber gave up with fully fixing her dress as she figured is was not worth it. She merely bothered to repair it to the point where it covered up the essentials.
At times one of the illusions would fire at the essentials, while others keep firing plasmaballs at her and sometimes toss some muddy rocks toward Amber's tentacles.

She then put her hands together in a prayer-like pose and closed her eyes while doing so. A low and calm hmn could vaguely be heard if one were close enough. "Damn! She must be doing something insidious!"

One of the illusions fired a long mystic worm, looking like a line of tiny orbs glowing in blue. The worm then flied toward Amber with hopes of stunning her.

Two other illusions drilled their rifles toward the earth...

"Where are they? Aren't they far away from the Nanoswarm? What happened to your eyes, Linnea?"

(Also, it's impossible for Amber to escape the Arcane Nanoswarm unless the three channeling illusions are killed, or if she teleports. If she destroys the Nanoswarm with antiprotons or massive holy light however everything inside would be seriously hurt in a crazy chain of arcane and "protonic" explosions, including herself.)

(Arcane antiprotons and massive holy energies can tear the Arcane Nanoswarm faster but result in even gigantic explosions.)

The illusions had decided to change their tactics. Using telekinesis powers, they lifted the soils nearby and made it into a massive muddy boulder. The muddy boulder was then slammed at Amber (and the tendrils).
This was a clever move as it wouldn't matter if it got smashed, parts of the broken boulder would hit Amber if she did so.
Instead, most of the tendrils grew in size and cached the large boulder then pushed it away from Amber, making it land a few meters away.

One of the illusions fired a long mystic worm, looking like a line of tiny orbs glowing in blue. The worm then flied toward Amber with hopes of stunning her.

Two other illusions drilled their rifles toward the earth...

Amber snorted as she noticed that an attack through the earth would be impossible for her to defend against. She had to dodge it somehow.
One of the tendrils lifted her up in the air, making it seems as she sat on a pillar.
This resulted in a meter and a half between her and the ground, making the other tendrils able to deal with incoming 'worm'.

"Where are they? Aren't they far away from the Nanoswarm? What happened to your eyes, Linnea?"
"That's not what I meant. They have not withdrawn, in fact they are the only ones of your troops that have not withdrawn as you ordered. Which means they are disobeying orders or are acting on other orders of yours, I don't care which. Don't take me for a fool, I can feel them clearly now."

(She's talking about the Faceless commander whom I always forget the name of)

She does not intent to escape it. She is just saying that she can harm them without leaving it.
For example, casting a spell without a projectile that is created outside the Nanoswarm.
Such a spell would be something like a Cloud Burst.

The Faceless Cyborg's Deldrach. Oh, by the way, Deldrach did not utter a single voice to anyone else. Deldrach is fixed in a tube somewhere in Deroc's Command Spacecraft and they communicate via telepathic means.

They were taken before a gigantic gate with hundreds of Shadowridge soldiers rushing about and firing from nearby walls. Mortars and Artilleries were pounding what's behind the wall.

Gayvin: "Let's set up our bases here,"
MCVs were then instructed to deploy at five spots, not too far away nor close to each other. Gayvin then quickly build up his base and forces.

(If there's any broken gates or spots) A few Attack Buggies were sent to scout at what's behind the wall. (If not) One squadron of Fleenzub Fighters flew toward the outside to see what was happening.

===============
This was a clever move as it wouldn't matter if it got smashed, parts of the broken boulder would hit Amber if she did so.
Instead, most of the tendrils grew in size and catched the large boulder then pushed it away from Amber, making it land a few meters away.
"Hmm... I thought Earth can counter Light easily? Perhaps I have played too much Element TD," Deroc responded, his voice seemed to be near but nobody knew the exact origin of the voice.

One of the illusions fired a long mystic worm, looking like a line of tiny orbs glowing in blue. The worm then flied toward Amber with hopes of stunning her.

Two other illusions drilled their rifles toward the earth..
.
One of the tendrils lifted Amber up in the air, making it seems as she sat on a pillar.
This resulted in a meter and a half between her and the ground, making the other tendrils able to deal with incoming 'worm'.
After three second, the two illusions finally pushed the triggers and a massive earthquake ensued. The earthquake was so intense that trees fell down like Dominos, muds began to dance like sexy and ultimately the earth was bursting erratically and violently.

By the time now, three spheres glowing in blue were seen in an equilateral triangular position. If one looked carefully, they could see a channelling illusion in each sphere. The channelers seemed to be unaffected by the earthquake, thanks to the spheres covering them.

"Where?" Deroc replied, in a confused tone. A slight giggle could be heard if one observe carefully, looked like Deroc couldn't control MOre. He was concentrating on the illusions and the surroundings (to check for any birds)

It was true that the battalions of Shadow Tanks were nearing the Nanoswarm, but they were not too close enough. They didn't encircle the Arcane Nanoswarm, they were at least 5.5 km away from the Arcane Nanoswarm.

The fleezebub fighters were suddenly assualted by AA Bolters and below were thousands of animatronics in which they were getting clobebred due to heavy bolter fire, Mg fire and Artillery yet they did not slow down.

"Oh.. now we're talking. what a huge mana consumption though.." Amber mumbled as had major issues keeping herself at balance but shortly after used two additional tendrils as support. This would lower her defense as she now had less tendrils to deal with incoming attacks.
"Perhaps, I'll even get to fight you in person now that you seemed to have gotten serious."
She opened her eyes and looked around, then sighed as a seventh Deroc were nowhere to be seen.

The Fleenzub Fighters blasted the AA Bolters with their load of plasmaballs. Gayvin knew that they wouldn't make it back, so he just ordered his spacecrafts to deal some damage and be useful before crashing.

Gayvin began fortifying his bases with defenses and layers of walls. Along with that, Gayvin dispatched a swarm of Terror Drones and Demo Drones to wreak havoc on the animatronic ranks.

A few Falcon Prism Hovercrafts moved toward the Shadowridge Walls -- if they were available tank bunkers they would garrison 'em and fire their devastating LAZORZ!!! from inside. This would prove to be quite effective as the each burning laser beam would diffract toward other nearby animatronics as multiple more powerful rays!

The illusions first fired some rounds of plasmaballs toward Amber. Afterwards they telekinesis-lifted the dancing tsunamis of muds and rocks toward Amber, hopefully it would deal some serious damage to her.

The plasma seemed like a rather fire related material to Amber, thus she found it highly surprising that they tried to fire it through the water. The flow of water restricted her movement quite a bit, but it was still possible to defend against it with some struggle.
Amber did not fear the assault of the illusions despite her being restricted, however she was quite paranoid because she suspected the Deroc would use the opportunity to launch an assault towards her. She looked around but did not see Deroc, which was a slight relief but it also meant that she'd have to fight illusions for a while longer. In her mind she wondered if it was truly not a worthy trade getting beaten to close death and perhaps Deroc would step fourth.

The plasmaballs passed through the water easily, though the plasmaballs were slowed down a bit (but still quite fast) and the damage would be reduced slightly.

"Chaos... Envoy!!!"

All of a sudden, a burning rift of shadows broke open right above Amber's head. Six greenish spheres would appear encircling Amber and sucking her to the center (require a huge amount of mana to break free), while rays of voids escaped the rift and began dancing around Amber. Some Shadowfiends and Voidwalkers materialized in the darkness within the center as well. The shadowy energies would deal quite some damage to her and trap her in shadowy nightmares.

(I don't know how to put it in words...)

Amber was taken by surprise, she simply couldn't see above herself.
Thus she was bound by the spell. She made a casual attempt to move slightly but were inevitably unable to do so.
At least it prevented her from being further dragged away by the tsunami.

She sprouted a bit of water through her mouth, water that she had accidentally let in while trying to breathe. She then let out a giggle as she found the experience funny.

While the spell had taken her and her self-aware tendrils by surprise, they had time to react to the fiends that came fourth. Though these would hardly die by a single hit so it could likely be a prolonged battle between her defense and them.
Amber considered to empower them with more mana but she didn't think there would be a benefit of doing so. The longer she could survive without barely using mana the better.

Though she didn't have high hopes of fooling Deroc regarding her strength since Aedari had done some bold claims.

@Directive: Hmm? Oh you mean Ed, thats not Edge, sorry >.>, I'm attached to the ED names.
==============================
Using the map, Edge tried to navigate his way to his target's capital. While on the way, he took the souls of dying people, trying to fill the Soul Crucible.

Arriving at a military base guarding the capital (of Pherith), Edge passed sneak his way. "This should be easy if you just decimate this place." said someone in Edge's mind. "Oh no, I'm breaking Reaper's Rule #27 - 'Thy must not provoke.', do you not agree?" said Edge to himself/or not.

"..." without a word, Edge sneak his way, using Reaper's Walk. It made him invisible with a cold feel in his path like a ghost, passing through the walls and entering the capital city. "Target, Azlariah..." he said.
