[General] possible reasons for crash

first of all, my question isnt related to any map i am making
i just want to know, what can cause wc3 crash
1. can crashes only be caused by the map script/the triggers, or also by mistakes in object editor for example
2. what script mistakes can cause crashes (nullpointer exceptions, etc...)?
3. which nullpointer exceptions cause crash and which dont?

JASS requires to be perfectly written. Any custom script with 1 mistake can make your unplayable.

Infinite loops crashes your game (A unit enters X region, move unit to random point inside the region, will trigger it again, over, and over, and crash).

A huge amount of units

A HUGE amount of leaks
