Facts About the Substance

Alphtiberium is a mysterious crystalline material that arrived on Vestroya in 2169 CE, containing great values yet also poses hazards to Vestroya.

Naming:
This substance is named after the two elements which Alphtiberium is composed of -- Alphanites and Tiberium.

Characteristics:
Alphtiberium is a compound made up of two elements -- Alphanites and Tiberium, and possesses the properties of its elements.

The orange crystal contains magical essences similar to those found in Alphanites. However, the essence is far more powerful and is enhanced by the Tiberium elements of Alphtiberium molecules. Thus, Alphtiberium is a great supply for magical energies.

Much like Tiberium, Alphtiberium leeches metals and other heavy minerals out of the soil, concentrating them in crystals which can be easily collected by specialized vehicles and processed into easy to use resources. As such, it is an amazing opportunity for any economy. Harvesters (large, heavily armored vehicles with specialized equipments) collect the crystal by sweeping it up from the ground. The crystal's growth speed and mineral content depends on variables such as soil conditions, moisture, yearly-average temperature, and local weather.

Everything has its own pros and cons, and so does Alphtiberium. This strange substance has a deadly effect on the environment and all carbon-based life. To make things worse, the Alphanite elements greatly empowers the poisonous effect. Some observations showed that it is capable of transforming and adapting flora and fauna to its alien nature. Spores and gases emitted by Alphtiberium-mutated plant life are far more venomous than that of Tiberium, thanks to the magical essence provided by the Alphanites inside this substance.

Proliferation:
These orange crystals are able to spread almost everywhere, with the rate of spread affected by factors such as temperature and soil density.

Only the snowy polar continent of Icyartic shows zero levels of Alphtiberium infestation. Alphtiberium spreads through a variety of methods, depending on the local environment. No matter how small, an isolated patch of these orange crystals can spread to cover acres.

A more disturbing method of Alphtiberium growth is witnessed when the area Alphtiberium is in has any sort of foliage, such as trees or bushes. Through an unexplained mutagenic process, Alphtiberium mutates these trees into "Alphblossom Trees" in as little as twelve days. These "trees" are fleshy stalks with a large bulb at the top. The bulb regularly contracts and relaxes, releasing microscopic Alphtiberium crystals and gases into the atmosphere. As long as there is a Alphblossom Tree in an area, Alphtiberium will constantly regrow around the tree.

Alphtiberium Veincake Monsters

Hidden The horrifying result after several fat cake minions are infested with Alphtiberium crystals, the Alphtiberian Veincakes (often called as Veincake Monsters) are a subtype of Alphtiberium, but unlike the crystal itself, they do not leech the soil of nutrients, but rather grow over it completely. They always originate from a central mass, with a "cake head" of sorts accompanying other animal-like qualities. The cake is where everything that is destroyed by the Veincake ends up, to be devoured. The Veincake Monster is very sensitive. It is highly disturbed by vibrations and kinetic energy and will tear apart anything that disturbs it with pseudopods formed from vein materials. Hover vehicles and infantry can usually cross safely before the creature becomes enraged. For self defense (should the central mass be threatened), the veincake expels clouds of highly concentrated Alphtiberium gas that float around the mouth and destroy attackers foolish enough to come into contact with them. It does it with good reason, as the central mass is the heart of the creature - should it be destroyed, the whole mass slowly withers and dies.

Alph-Visceroids

Hidden Alph-visceroids are the results of uncontrolled, irregular Alphtiberium mutation. Alph-visceroids are disturbing creatures that sometimes form when organic life dies to Alphtiberium exposure. As flesh breaks down after death, it has the potential to mutate into an alph-visceroid, a crude Alphtiberium-based lifeform. Alph-visceroids often appeared to be blob-like masses of flesh that sometimes had a few recognizable features from those they once were left over within their structure, and were highly erratic in nature. Some types are even capable of combining their biomass to essentially make a larger alph-visceroid. Originally roughly spherical in shape and capable of emitting only small clouds of toxic Alphtiberium gas, it is weak and not much of a threat. However, these unstable blobs of flesh soon evolved and became an actual threat, with the ability to expel a highly concentrated stream of toxic, alphtiberium-based gas at other organic lifeforms as a defense mechanism, with the curious side effect of potentially turning their targets into visceroids themselves as a result of lethal alphtiberium exposure. Proliferation The Visceroid population is directly tied to levels of Alphtiberium poisoning. Alphtiberium gas is a corrupting agent, breaking down virtually any living tissue it comes into contact with. Long term exposure cannot be treated and causes a spontaneous breakdown of the affected tissues nearly instantly, as Tiberium saturation within them reaches a certain point.

As a surprise, thousands of portals popped out of nowhere within VGI and NDI soils. "I have come to play, Kane," Zark said. Thousands of elementals popped out from the portal and strike Kane's henchmen.

The gigantic mutant at Egilian soil died and cause a huge tsunami, wiping parts of Kane attack force and some of Egilian defenders. In turn, The Fallen Mage Alliance launch a secondary assault toward Egilian.

Vestralia also invaded, a bunch of portals appeared and Youth Titans, along with elementals made their assault. In addition, All TMK High Commanders joined the fray.

"Things got out of control, we must make our move now," Carpeto said. "Give some time, Carpeto. We start with that lousy mage then finish of the job," Arkeiz replied.

The special weapons sent by HQ arrived at Director Tarnell's Capital.

Meanwhile, Mask finished his research and reported it to Director. Zark decided to use this petty tech to raze Vestralia and stop TFMA from interfering. He was quite aware the little mage would use Vestralia to start his counter and hit Vesia first, then Vesfrica and last Vesuro. But that will never happen.

The device was prepared inside Vesuro walls, the skies can be seen darkening within Vesuro, while the walls, that wasn't glowing now glows with radiating light. Seems it's a big tool for making such a huge mark.

Daffa the Mage, knowing some people would make their move early, decided to invade Vesfrica and finished off Vestrope sooner before they can run away. Night Empire forces intensifies their assault as Vestrope struggles and bent on their knees holding their precious lands.

Vestrope Francis Light however, give a shimmering hope by slaughtering the Commander of iron, Ironsoul. In addition, he killed 3 others medium ranked commanders. High Commander HolyShield also killed by Vestrop Raven, but now Vestrope Raven is too injured to fight forward and under medical care.

Vestrope King Daffa knowing that things are very grim, decided that he must take his position. He decided to step forward to the field himself... But Vestrope Antonidas and Vestrope Siegfried rejected and Vestrope King Daffa remained in his palace. Vestropians are low in morale, and of course crippled in supplies since all form of communication are either blocked, or jammed. There's no exit, no escape, and only victory or death for every single Vestropian.

General Azolar, hidden from the main view decided to take full action to aid Vestrope, he ordered Xeraz to take his men to Vestrope, since he has heard that Vestrope under severe siege.

Zark also decided that he will enter the field of warfare himself, as well as Carpeto. Mask on the other hand, has been ordered to prepare himself to aid Vestrope.

The High Commanders of former TMK (now TFMA) left Strazura. Leaving their little pets of elementals and uncontrolled mutants to wreck havoc. They moved to Vindia, and quickly established a base there. Using the fact of Vindia strategist spot for hitting Egilians, Shadow Legions (altough they don't get hit actually), Vesia and Vesfrica at once making it the best way to wreck serious havoc.

This however, what Zark had planned and wished for. Quickly, he opened a portal across Vindia to halt further advance of the former legendary mage.

Mask departed to Vestrope in bid to rescue them.
