I know the new characters are very inconsistent with their colors. This is due to they just start appearing.
If we put it like this for Grand Sorcerers, their levels are almost equal with my main MCs, though they're weaker.

Empire of Dayne: Originally a part of the Regime of the Rising Sun, fanatically loyal to Dayne Fallen Mgae, split up with the Regimes because Regime Haruhi Fujioka and her followers have started a civil war and the Hopen Revolution. Dayne occupies the northern Hopen, while Regime controls the southern Hopen.

The Watcher : a reference to Lord Hades in many TMK books. A book called "The Watcher of Magic" says that actually Lord Hades is always be the leader of TMK and leads from the void.
Grand Sorcerers members are about 10 people, and they are all Key Characters, though I can't be precise yet with numbers.
It seems Lord Hades and The Spirits aren't actually leaving Vestroya completely yet, they sometimes enters but only watches from the shadows and doesn't intervene with the events directly (giving orders and informations to TMK).
