This is Premier Detriev, UMSR are preparing themselves well, we are ready to help whenever necessary.
United of Magiet Socialist Republic, also, with this message I propose a total treaty between our kingdoms, war that happened for ages must end.

I strip away Grey color from my list, it was used for Lord Hades and Fallen Mage.
By the way, there will be 3 choices later, similar to Devin's style.
Death Seal can only be performed by the greatest mages, and not any mere seal, it cost the life force completely to seal Nekros. This means whoever seals Nekros must be an Elite Character (MC or Key) and it has a very special procedure. Nekros can only be defeated (sealed away) by Death Seal. People who died with this seal cannot be revived back by any means, except after a century from the sealing moment where the seal has broken.

Note #1 : Nekros is, as I said, is completely immune to all attacks, he can take some effects (burning, bleeding and blind) with a second effect (instant heal) and it's only taking effect from light based weapons (Prism, Light, etc).
Note #2 : If you want to seal Nekros, you should PM me so I will tell you the procedure there. But aware that you must obey the consequences written above (a century death without return). However, I intend to use Future Raven or another character in my hand for the seal unless somebody else wants to.
Note #3 : Living Dead retains their knowledge from their living times (such as Lord Alex and Generals knows about borders of TMK and UMSR). They also posses all what they formerly own, along with infused powers from Nekros, making them more dangerous than they formerly. Only thing they don't posses : emotion.
Note #4 : Nekros will get stronger as time passes, if he reached a certain point which we let's hope not, he will be invincible and only Death Seal can be used at him (all other = useless). At that point his powers amplify enough for him to strip away immortality from Godlike beings (ex. Rahn, Aienshi) and severely injure them.

@Devin, enter, the lower levels is possible, but if spotted by Lord Hades he can banish humans and spirits out of the tower.
The top of the tower is impossible however, due to special kind of dimension it's made of. Godly beings can enter Tower's top however, such as Nekros, Great One, and Rahn's current state. But expect heavy fight from Spirits of Greatest Mages from many eras.
