Also, Gem of Kratos isn't at it's full potential any longer. It's no longer as powerful as if it were at hand of Regime Fallen Mage."

We'll also need to rebuild the Mental Omega Device, at the exact same location -- the Citadel of Direction. And we must also enhance the Mental Omega Device with the Gem of Kratos. The enhanced M.O.D. can only supress the Great One and the Silent Lady, it cannot mind control any other thingys. But only rebuilding and enhancing the M.O.D. is not enough. We need to do BOTH!
Regime Haruhi Fujioka: But if the Great One became alert about our plan of unifying all surviving nations and rebuilding the Mental Omega Device--

Illidan: Simple. Just use your Regime Honey-senpai, all remaining Aerial Fortresses Irkalla, Colossus, Shadow Tanks, Naga Royal Guards and other troops to defend ourselves.

Note: M.O.D is not going to work on The Great One... He is immune to all disabling effects...

Note2: The Great One is well.. Immortal and cannot die , and can only be dealt with by banishing him from this world just like aienshi did.

Note3: It is yet still possible to summon Aienshi, she is indeed weaker than the Great One as he has the upper hand (having the shard) but still provides great help.

Note4: As Daffa said, portals can only be closed by the same power that they have been created with...

Note5: The temple of aienshi is covered by special magic (Which only Aienshi is capable of) that restricts any evil creature/demon/spirit entering it. Made to prevent the Great One entering this world again. After devin and some of his loyal generals sought the shard and recovered it , it was made possible for the Great One to return and he has done so.
