Ramza, as Red_Baron has said its far more than just converting loading screens. As for my end I try to produce loading screens from scratch through photoshop.

I asked for some custom artwork like... 4-5 months ago... a girl with a basket of flowers, flowing in a field, with a kind of... clipartish theme, but not so bland, she should have a colonial style dress, and long, brown braided hair. the dress should be blue. the basked must have a mix of flowers and vegetables (carrots, squash, ect.)
Oh yea, that one.. completely forgotten it. Though I still do have what I made last, so I'll take it out and finish it, and then we'll see who's fastest
Well usually you write in the request what you want. So even though I can read the whole thread through and try to figure out what you want, I much prefer specifics meaning that post your request as specific as you can.
So at the moment I assume what you want is the picture your also using as a loadingscreen (Btw: I can't count the amounts of time I edited on that or converted it ).
So basically:
- Whats the theme?
- Any color schemes you prefer?
- Whats the name?
- Any text or short forms of title required?
- Any special feeling you want?
- Size
- Any other notes
Well that should do it. The more the add, the less time it will take and reduce the amount of time I risk to waste making something you don't want.

Ehm, well, I really just want you guys if possible to create a random ashenvale map, place a great hall on the north, tree of eternity to the west and human castle to the east

Under the castle, i'd like it to say Human Outpost, the night elf one the same, except it's called Night Elven Outpost, the orc one called Splintertree Post. Also, could you put a X at the splintertree post styled like the war3 campaign loading screen x's but made to fit the style of the loading screen?

A war3 styled map, cool terrain and stuff would be awesome, a river on the west would be great and a forest to the east also.
Interesting, I'll take a look at it, though be warned that I have an exam on 5 October which have an impact on my whole study, so don't expect me to be done before after that.

It's simple enough... I need the "Sins of War Version 1.0" part from my loading screen. However... not just the text. Look at Warlord Ajer'laroir's sigature (5 posts up) for what I'm talking about.

Can i get a loading screen with a fancy dungeon picture and a ram inside where i can type stuff, like updates and changes? Would be cool, tell me if you can do that.

Am I to assume that those two posts relates to the same request and that you by rams, are referring to siege rams, not the animal? And when you say preview loading screen picture are you saying that you want both a review and a loadingscreen or just the loadingscreen?
So you want them as one picture or as separate for both loadingscreen and preview.. Kinda need some more info about what you want me to do. And sorry if I missed you post.
BARON, don't worry about the project logo. I don't really need it, it was just a little addition to make people want to play my map.
I will need another loading screen though. I will edit the post once I get the picture.
EDIT: Okay, here is the picture. My sister made this picture for me a while ago, and I'm using as my youtube background.
I left the "RemedyCS" in there to give you an idea what the font should be. It's called AvQest it should be in photoshop. The text should be blood-colored and have some sort of fire/flame/blood/death effect around it. The text should say "Hell's Wrath II: Chaotic Fury" and needs to be towards the top of the screen. I'm reserving the black part for other text or a changelog. Whenever I get around to that I'll come back.
Yes, just in case you're still wondering... please remove the "RemedyCS" part.

Well, what did I do that's so amazing? Simply enjoying life and helping people. And I bet that Hive being the awesome place it is, will survive even in the unlikely even that I disappeared.

You can post them here _PV upload it to imageshack or something and copy the direct link. then press the mountain thing on the message/posting thing and paste the direct link there.

Thats kinda on purpose, I was going for something dream like where the girl is the dreamer, mainly because I was doing it out of memory of what flat wanted

IronForge: I discovered the error: In my sleepiness I used a symbol which is not allowed in english systems hence it didn't work. Try it now
Hehe, well the "bags" is supposed to be rocks, but figure I'll change that then. The girl was kinda too look like the clip-art look you wanted.. would a change in tone do it.. or is she not in the style you want at all..?
