Icon Bordering Guy

I create this thread because to help users in bordering their icons.

Info:
1. I make all kinds of borders for your icon ( BTN, DISBTN, Autocast,
Passive, Upgrade).

Be sure that your icon not be in DISBTN or Info-Upgrade.
If you are requesting, follow these steps:

1. The requested picture must be in .jpg format.
2. If you want the best quality, make it 64 x 64.

People can do this themself. Just download the Tool in the Tools section.
Its called "Icon bordering". But overall a nice threat.

Yes i do make icons. You can convert your images into .blp format by using Warcraft III Viewer.

do you know how to make icons?

cause in warcraft we (world edit) it only reads blp files.
I can't get a program to covert images to blp.

Well that is actually a untrue statement it can also read .tga files but it is better to convert it to .blp because it will over all be a smaller file. Sorry for getting off topic just letting you know.

dun? Seriously, anyone with photoshop or gimp or MS PAINT could easily put a border on there icon. If you want to continue to do this, try this website for advice.
