lol someone was making an octopus naga? XD So, someone finallyaccepted the role of making Ashara? =D (She was origionally designed as an octpus/humanoid hybrid, though her "children" were typical naga. :/ She was probably a breeder of sorts

And I still don't believe that Ashara is octpus.Her naga statue only had tail.

Ya im with veljkom, i dont think that azshara would have tentacles. I can picture her looking more like a sea witch then an octopus.
I would definatly like to see a naga worker, but it seems like the only thing that ppl are making at the moment are SFX and attachments, its been awhile since ive seen an awesome model that i could actually use.
Sry what i meant was that it was "like" a fish. It cant be that long out of water.

1.WoW wiki isn't official Blizzard site and that picture isn't final result or it is a Fan made.
2.In Warcraft III Frozen Throne in Night Elf Campaign 3rd mission in tomb of Sargeras there is a statue of Ashara and she had a tail not tentacles.
3.Wouldn't be stupid if mutated octopus would be ruller of Naga which are Sea serpents.

And Chaos it isn't wired when your link doesn't work.It is wired when it works.Remember all of those picture link you gave us when we started?

Well, Ashara did (kinda) give birth to the new race. :/ I know her followers were changed into naga as well (War of the Ancients series ends with such a result ), but who says she couldn't be one? It's not like she actually goes anywhere. XD And... some of the statues have ended up inaccurate before. :/ They may have simply wanted NOT to create a larger statue for an octopus-like charecter. :/

Edit: Admittedly, this looks more likely, but it does look kinda CnP from the angle of it and the ground :/

Valjkom, so you know, I can be sure to find it in Blizzard's archive. I'm sure of it. second of all, if you go to the naga page on wowwiki, you'll see the statues of azshara. remember that WOW isn't the same as WC3. THere are many things that changed when they made the game. Don't ask me what changed, cause I don't care to search for examples, but I assure you, there are major differences. If you check on the naga pages in WOWwiki, you'll find a page talking about naga mutations. Guess what? THe octopus looks happens to be one of them! *gasp!* so please, stop complaining about the sites I use. Just because something is unofficial, doesn't mean it's automatically wrong, k?

I know the changes in WoW and I am sick of them...
Until I actually see Ashara or those naga mutation I won't say nothing.

And I meant that it is stupid that octopus would born sea serpents.It wasn't aimed to mutations only her.Major of seen Naga are serpents (but not all) so it would be impossible (or at least stupid) for octopus to be mother of naga.
Can you honestly say that she should like overgrown octopus...

It isn't automatically right either.

well, she had more majic than her followers, so the chaos energy affected her more. The chaos energy changed them, morphed them, not just Azshara. SHe didn't give birth to any naga, as far as anyone is aware. lol SHe hates being Naga. lol

I personally think that if we had to put make her in a map then the model that would look like she would the most would be warqueen model. But thats just my opinion.

Azshara needs a lot of atention as a model.... i think that she needs to be as sexy as she can, while retaining the serpent deformation..... actually i saw a pic of pinkish Azshara serpent queen somewhere here.

I don't about you but I don't like some WoW models.
Like Sea which is to blue and more uglier and Sirens have ridiculously big hands.
Not to mention that Ilidan looks like his face was crushed with a hammer.
