Heres a challenge-Create an entire naga race. (i mean names and description of buildings and units , Actual models are unneccesary And if you can find a pic for you idea then even better.) I just need ideas for the naga race that im making for my war of the races map.

Your naga race must include a name for each building and unit and either a detailed discription of what it looks like or a pic. Also make a tech tree and abilities for each unit.
You can you the original wc3 units if you want. enjoy

sry i forgot to mention im only using naga no murgul or turtles all my models will be based off either the myrmidon or the siren.

ya thats it , lol and its not even half way done. did you read the why i made it like that, this map im making is more for personal use then anything else but ill probably post it up somewhere when its finished anyway. i just wanted to have all of the coolest models for each race in one map.

i've been searching for models for weeks now ive already seen these models and downloaded the ones i need.

for the skins theres only one that would go good with the rest of my race and thats the naga summoner the others are either to big or just arent aquatic like.

well i just want to say welcome hakeem and teh_ephy to our group.

Varsaigen- its nice to hear that your making a naga since there is so few of them on this site. if anyone else is will to support the naga it would greatly be appreciated.

i cant model either but i do like to play around with maps. I can deffinetly say that my terraining skills have im proved alot in the last month by reading tuturials and and looking at terrains made by others, im still not pro but working on it. well im working today so i probablyy wont be on again today

Anyways, I got some help from LiOneSS, but I was unable to find the bones when I deleted the mesh in the instructions D: (I have a thread up so I can get the required help.)

Honestly, I am surprised there are no tutorialson how to shift a skeleton from on model to another in Milkshape. (Naga Myrmidon to my naga model in Milkshape. No alterations to the naga Myrmidon, since it is outside of Milkshape. :/)

hey varsaigen i was just reading your comment on the pic of my map, the reason it looks a little dry is because its only about 10% done, lol

so im just abit confused, sacridshadow are you actually going to make some naga? You never specified. If you are then that would be awesome.

I doubt it. He doesn't have any models aproved D: And he hardly uses my modeling program to even attempt to model :/ So.... not likely at all :/
I remembered the name of the maps with the hundreds of doodads. =D U'timate Terraining Map (UTM). It can be found on wc3campaigns, or a llink provided from the second-to-last terraining contest. =3 (mountain theme)

Holy crap varsaigen this is an awesome pack, not only does it give me doodads that ive been trying to find forever now but it also gives me some buildings for my races, thank you. i just have one question, how do i import them all into my map(preferably all at the same time cause there's to many to do one at a time. And is there a way to import the data. i mean where the doodads are already in the doodad pallete o that i dont have to change the path then make a doodad and then replace the model file because thats alot of work.

well i can deffinitly say that this will improve my map tremendously thank you so much, this also means alot more work, lol oh well.

so veljkom how goes my challenge?

glad you like it! =D

1) Go into the Import Manager and click the import icon. Sadly, there is no way to import them all at once D:

2) I wish they had a way to import the data, but the map maker left it blank or normal so that others could change them to how they want them.

3) The paths I belive will be "model name here.mdx". Otherwise, if that doesn't work, leave it as "WC3mapimported/name of model.mdx". :/

There are 3 maps that I know of, but they are mostly repeats, with only a couple of new doodads. D: What I did was take all the doodads and put them in 1 folder so they can be imported easily. =3

Yay ya! i just put them all in a folder and imported the entire folder in at once so now i dont have to import them one at a time. that cuts my work in half, now i just have to the path and make doodads.

lol this pack just put my map up to 17 mb. ill get rid of the ones that i dont need to bring it down a bit.

well sry i havent been on in a while but a just went to camping for the last week.
i have just started making a new map, the terrain is almost done but i still need to make more units, buildings and add triggers. Its basically going to be 3 way HW but with naga(yay ya lol). All 3 teams will be naga, just different clans of naga. There will be the bloodcursed (Red naga), daggerspine (blue naga), and Coilfang (green naga).
